Just had the worst experience at this dealership. Tried to get a new key after my boyfriend lost one of mine, and they had us running back and forth through the departments without any real sense of where to put us. It took 2 1/2 hours when they said it'd take 30 mins, and we had made an appointment. Do not come here. Go to Beverly Hills instead. I tried to call to complain to the manager, and to no one's surprise, no one is available. On the whole, the dealership is a lights on, no one's home situation.

Drove 125 miles to the dealership to complete a purchase I had started on-line, only to learn that they do not accept personal checks (for any amount). Then they blamed the lack of communication about this issue on me! (Not true and not acceptable from a customer perspective.) It took an hour before the sales person offered to drive me to a branch of my bank where I got a cashiers check. I do not plan on returning to this dealership, ever again.

My husband and I had an excellent experience at the Calabasas dealership. Speaking on the phone before coming inside was so helpful then as soon as we walked in we’re immediately helped. We had a dinner that we had to be at so we were on a bit of a time crunch. It seemed like everybody in the dealership helped us get it done in time, for that we are so grateful. I was assisted by Jesse A. on the purchase of my 2019 Mercedes Benz A220. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and was very forthcoming about price transparency and the finer details of the purchase.
