This company is absolutely awful. They will be late with your delivery, will lose your items, and won't compensate you for anything. Please please do yourself and your family a favor and avoid them. These movers were prompt, on-time and very fast. I had doubts about movers because we have had a bad experience with others in the past but they made it so painless and so quick that I had to give them my appreciation. If you move you should definitely use them. They are also reasonable priced too. Quality service.

I highly recommend AAA Family Move as your mover's choice. The moving team is flexible and polite. They made me feel comfortable as soon as they arrived at my place. The movers wrapped up everything and were utmost careful not to hit the walls and to keep the carpet and floors clean. I would definitely use them again for my next move.

We had AAA estimate our move. It was a very good price, about $3000 less than the competition. On moving day, they showed up with a truck that was not anywhere near big enough. Then, after the truck was loaded, they hit us with a bill that was two and a half times what the estimate was. They had us well and truly over a barrel.
We would never have gone with them had we known their estimating prowess was so deplorable. The worst of it was we would have gone with their competitor, who took the time to go through our house an give us a binding estimate, with a cap.

This company is not who you want! Choose anyone else! They stole my sons PS4 out of one of my dressers, broke several large items, ripped up our grill cover, destroyed our dining room table and a few other large pieces and we are now having to fight with them to give us the full value of our items back. The sales team seems wonderful, they will work with you as and answer as many questions as you have so that you feel comfortable with them. From Day one Steve spoke to me provided me attractive price, one day before loading the stuff, he said need to pay $500 as the cubic feet is more some how negotiated for $300, Packers Nathan and team really packed well. After this was following up with Sam who helped in getting delivery date this got delayed by a week, still this was fine. One day before delivery truck driver called me and said vehicle is 16 wheeler cannot get in your place, i need to pick my stuff from location and take it or he would charge $350 for delivering. I told the estimator the date I needed my items - he said it wouldn't be a problem. The moving foreman stated that my required date wouldn't be a problem, but just in case there was a unforeseen issue, they put on the contract delivery date + 7 -10 days business days. When I got to my destination, I called for the eta. I was told it was still in a loading dock back in Kansas City, waiting for a full truck load - and they didn't have an eta. 3. Many of the brand new boxes were crunched (either on truck or in their storage.
4. Even the Craig's List helper commented on how poorly things were packed.
5. Many items in the boxes broken.
6. Approximately 6 boxes unaccounted for

8. Reply to #5 and #6: "Fill out this claim form for insurance"

I would not hire again. I was charged $600 over the original quote, they will nickle & dime you for everything. Communication and coordination was a nightmare. I had several items arrive damaged after being poorly packaged (glass lamp thrown in a box with a blanket over it) and a couple smaller items that never arrived at all. They asked me if there were any items that required extra caution to which I pointed out an antique bookcase. Recently had to help my girlfriends mom move from Olathe Ks to Overland Park. When it comes to moving I can move all of the little stuff in her mini van so there was only help needed for the furniture. I shopped last minute because I wasn't expecting to be doing this and I found AAA family move available and priced reasonably to move the furniture of a 1 bedroom apartment. Service was excellent, none of her furniture was damaged and they were fast movers. Would definitely use them again if I find myself in the area.

We just moved from Reeds Spring, MO to Alabama, and we were pleasantly surprised. Archie and his crew arrived after a long day of packing another house and did a fantastic job of packing our house and all with great attitudes. We then drove to Alabama and a day after we arrived, we received a phone call that the truck would be there that afternoon. The two gentlemen did such a wonderful job unloading our house. They also were enthusiastic and friendly. We couldn't be more happy with the service we received.

Worst moving company I have ever dealt with. If you want last minute charges added, to have your stuff broken and lost - as in items just gone, disappeared - and want to be yelled at repeatedly on the phone by people that barely speak English then this is the moving company for you. Otherwise RUN in the other direction. If you think you will EVER hear from your sales person or be able to get in touch with him again after the initial deposit you can forget it. Seriously if it was an option to give zero stars I would.

AAA movers really helped me in my last minute move. They were on time as per the schedule and the things were also delivered on time as promised. The things reached safely too.
