John has provided great service every time he’s been out to my house and did a great job on the pool filter at a fair price and also took the time to go over how the equipment worked. I will definitely use him again any time I have an issue with my pool.

We had that typical bad luck in three's: Hubby had foot surgery, regular pool guy in hospital and two big monsoons, thus a trashed pool and no help in sight. We operate an Airbnb and had the pool heater go down during the week between Christmas and New Years when most companies are closed for the holidays. I had vacation renters with a family looking to enjoy a heated pool for the week they were in AZ, so timely / same day repair was critical.
John was able to diagnose the issue and he even had the replacement parts in stock which he said he tends to do to ensure a quick and timely repair. Our system is a fully automated Pentair Screenlogic2 pool system as well which is not always

John is helpful and knowledgeable. After draining our pool, he went above and beyond to make sure our pool was working optimally sparkling clean. Before him, we had been through a few other companies trying to reasonably and successfully fix our pool for the past year, to no avail. From now on, we will only use John and Ace Pool Service!

My family has had this pool service for over 2 years. They come as scheduled & if they are unable to make it, they text/call you. My pool is now in balance & crystal clear & clean. They get the job done, even in this Arizona heat. They are trust worthy too. I gave them my gate key for easy access & no shenanigans went down. Thank you for your definetly needed service!

I had a green pool and my other pool service was just giving me the runaround. I called John and he and his team came over the next day and went to work. They completly drained my pool, cleaned it, cleaned the filters, filled it and treated it all within 48 hours. These guys are awesome professionals. Highly recommended.

I hired Ace Pools in November 2016 to maintain our in ground pool and above ground spa. I couldn’t be happier with my decision. They are dependable and honest. We bought our home in 2016 and it already had a spa. I’ve maintained a pool before in our previous homes but the spa intimidated me. We decided to find a pool service company that could do both and to be honest, we’ve saved money by having a professional do it. No more water tests at the pool store and buying extra chemicals. My pool and spa look beautiful year round.

I was selling my house and needed ACE to make a minor repair and treat my super green pool. I've never used a pool service before and I had already moved out of state, so I was a little nervous. Ashriel and everyone else at ACE were fantastic. They were friendly, communicative, and sent me pictures of my pool and repairs along the way. I highly recommend them for this and regular pool service. I would certainly use them again if I was staying in Arizona.

I can't say enough positive things about John. I have had some not-so-honest pool repair companies in the past and I have finally found my pool guy.
