I cannot say enough about Dano’s Pool Service. The previous owner of our home had used Dan to clean the pool and left his card on the counter for us...and we are so happy she did! Having never owned a pool before, we knew nothing about how to take care of it. Dan has been so friendly, kind, and helpful in showing us the ropes of pool ownership. I tried to use this service. to be honest , he was the only person that actually answered his phone. Was knowledgeable and knows his business. Told me he would be in my neighborhood this afternoon. Apparently came during the only 40 mins i left the whole day and now doesn't respond. Next give someone a window to be there. I really wanted to use Danno but apparently not happening.

I called Dano up on a Saturday morning to see if he could help with an emergency repair on our pool pump, which had lost nearly all of it's suction and needed to be fixed as soon as possible that same day. Despite other obligations and admitting that he had planned on taking the day off, Dan offered to come by my house that afternoon to take a look at my system and to try and help me out. We looked over the system and did some basic troubleshooting together and diagnosed the issue as a clogged line somewhere in the system. I've been lucky enough to have Dan service my pool for a few years now - cleaning, adding chemicals & repair, he does it ALL! And what he can't do, he's given me referrals (pool resurfacing) and I have no complaints. Dan will not leave until my pool is pristine, chemicals are in balance (honestly, this is a science!) and equipment is functioning as it should! He pays incredible attention to detail, has the utmost integrity and I totally trust him with access to my property and his assessments (he's never suggested a service that I don't feel I needed). Oh, and he's also a SUPER NICE GUY!

We use Dano's Pool Service whenever my husband and I are away from the home during long and short vacations. We have used Dano's Pool Service in this manner for over a year and have been pleased to come home with our pool in excellent condition. We appreciate that Dan is willing to maintain our pool for short and long periods of time as we found other pool services not accommodating do a short term.
