Using only the finest industrial-strength pool chemicals and materials, Penguin Pools maintains your water clarity and sanitation while providing complete cleaning service for your pool. We remove all debris from your pool, brush where necessary and maintain your filtration system. We inspect all pool systems and components to insure proper operation.
We take care of your pool on a weekly basis so you can enjoy using it more often. Our inclusive service takes care of brushing the walls, vacuuming the floor, emptying the skimmer and pump baskets, skimming the water surface and filter backwashing. Weekly service fee is based on a 4 week month, if your service day falls into a 5 week month we will prorate and invoice service accordingly.

Penguin Pool Service is amazing, and very reasonably priced. Our landscaper used a pool construction company that also does pool maintenance, and they did a horrible job keeping the pool clean. Brian cleaned the pool at our prior rental so I contacted him, and not only was he 1/3 cheaper, but he does an amazing job AND he discovered that the installation company never put in the flap on the skimmer - and he put one in for free. He has knows saltwater systems very well, and can explain how things work in terms of all of your valves and system schedules, etc.

Apparently, these guys are so successful that they couldn't be bothered to respond to SIX VOICE MAILS over a three week period to schedule a service through the Groupon they offered.

Communication: ZERO
Don't waste your Groupon/money on these guys, unless you like waiting nearly a month and still getting no call-back, even after you had Groupon follow up with them.

I found Penguin on group on. They were offering a special where a month of service was 40$. I had just bought a house and figured that I would give them a try. After several calls, someone finally got back to me (should have been clue one!) I find out that they are a family business; I like that.
First month went fine. Granted, my pool is fairly easy. At that time, I had an automatic cleaner.
