I would recommend Smooth Moves to anyone. From scheduling to the move everything was easy and highly professional. Carry & Sheon arrived early, introduced themselves and were very professional throughout the entire job. Not only did they worked together seamlessly to ensure the job was being handled in an efficient manner; they took care with the items being moved. Tye, Sheon and Chester made our move so easy! They made sure all our stuff was carefully loaded and moved. We also didn't do the best job packing before they arrived and they were able to still load everything and work with what we had. I really appreciated everything they did, I'd love for them to help with future moves!

I hired them to help my mom and dad move. We got everything ready and they are really great. I saw their review on google and I decided to hire them.
Gavin and Chris was our moving team they were punctual professional and very friendly. Gavin was on point with the moving plan.
They handled everything with care and it's like having a family member help us with the move.
Definitely would hire them again and would highly recommend

Terrible experience, the only reason they have such high ratings is because the movers ask you to rate as soon as they're done. Dented my fridge. Refused to pay for it because I didn't report within 24 hours. They charge you up to the minute and round up. Guys were nice that moved the furniture. The owner joe doesn't make things right like he says he does. Go with another Moving company. They have lost my business and my friends and families business in the future.

Moving is stressful. And moving during the "corona" apocalypse is unimaginably stressful. I can only say thank you to Smooth Moves and the amazing crew that moved me this week (Manning, Tye, and Ryan). They were prompt, professional and FAST. Everything was absolutely perfect. I would give them more stars if I could. If you need to move (apocalypse or not) go with Manning and his crew at Smooth Moves!

I spoke with heather on 2/11 at 10:32am by email and was told that she had a slot for 2 movers on my moving day of 2/16 in the time frame of 11-2 and they will call 1 hour prior to the time when they will be there. Per the email from Heather :"I will need the starting address your ending address and your best contact phone number then I can get you on the schedule." I responded at 10:57 am that it worked perfectly and sent her both addresses and phone number. Come moving day I sat around with all my stuff packed and by 1:30 no phone call. I called them to check and the guy who answered

Smooth Moves is the best movers in Jax! They are very professional, and I would recommended them for any move that you have. This is a locally owned business, and they treat you, and your stuff, like your apart of their family. Also, you can rent U-Haul trucks from them as well!! They are awesome!!!

After convincing my husband to pay movers instead of doing it ourselves it was the best investment we have made besides moving into our new home. Smooth Moves was the best!!! I used them for a local move and was totally impressed with their professionalism. When it came time to make the move from Pittsburgh to St. Augustine I was concerned about moving my baby grand piano, as well as if they indeed did long distance moves. Not only did they reassure me about the piano, but they came in as the lowest long distance bid. Joe, Jason and Kerry were incredible and I can't be happier. They made a stressful time much easier. I still can't believe how they got all of my stuff on the truck, but they did! They were just as professional

My husband is in the Navy, and we were moving most of our things into storage for his upcoming deployment. We were originally just going to pay basically a couple of random guys to help us move the big items, thinking we could handle the rest ourselves, but at the last minute, we called Smooth Moves to see if maybe they could help us out.
Joe, I believe to be the owner, was great about making our move happen -- with less than 24 hours notice. He really went out of his way to help us (did I mention we were moving on Labor Day Weekend?) The movers who came, RJ and Vic (ask for them!), were professional
