Showed up over an hour late; supposed to be a 3 man crew, but only 2 showed because of “short staffed” like everyone else. This wouldn’t be such an issue had the price gone down but it didn’t. They crew spent a lot of time on their phone complaining about the company. They hit my neighbors car with the truck. They did damage to my house.
Basically I chose the wrong moving company because Momma’s doesn’t have it all together. Please choose wisely, and keep on looking.

We called and made an appointment over a week in advance. Come moving day a lady called 10 minutes after our appointment time stating that they were having issues with one of their trucks, but that she was… trying to find one to be able to help us. After us calling them back several times, we were informed that they would not be able to get to us that day, but they could be there the next day between 12-1. I called back later in the afternoon to confirm and they assured me that they would be there. Next day comes and it’s 1:15 and I’ve not heard anything from the company. I called

WORST experience ever!!! Do NOT use this moving company!!! I thought we'd be in good hands when I saw this company has mostly good reviews and we booked weeks in advance. However, when our moving day came around, they were nowhere to be found. I called relentlessly and finally reached a woman who said she'd find out what was happening. She said her… driver was "a little behind schedule". 4 hours later, they were still nowhere to be found. She said they might be able to start the move around 5:00PM OR LATER. Rather than apologizing, she just kept making excuses. Clearly they aren't organized

Check the yelp reviews. This company has been a nightmare. They arrived 2 hours late, were extremely rude and unprofessional, then after they got their money they are totally unable to contact! I’ve been waiting since August 2019 to hear back from a manager regarding my gate the movers backed into and broke along with my king size bed frame that… they put together incorrectly and it snapped in half. The movers literally drug their feet the whole time - my husband and I moved more items than they did. One guy actually grabbed his backpack and walked off my property saying he had better

They were an hour late. They charge truck/fuel/travel charge of $95 before they even touch anything. They were VERY SLOW moving and very careless with my things. "two brand new mattresses are filthy, my new couch has a mark down the back". I moved 6 miles and it took them almost a half hour between places. I spoke up and was told "oh well you do not have to use us next time". Of course the price ended up being way more than quoted. CONSUMER BEWARE ON THIS ONE!!!!!

They did a no show the day of my move they said there truck broke down. My husband and I secured a truck our own thru budget I called her back and said okay I have a truck just need your guys who would have been on broken truck to help load- then she didn’t have guys either. Would never refer anyone to this company. It was an absolute nightmare.
