We hired them to deliver a refrigerator. When they got there they removed the refrigerator took it out into the yard on a dolly and then called and said they couldn’t get it down to the curb. They needed extra… material and man power. They finally managed to get it loaded and later called with an invoice THREE TIMES the original price. Several Hundreds of dollars to deliver ONE appliance. The worst most unprofessional company iv ever dealt with. From the front office to the owner. I was charged multiple times. The movers were 2 hours late told me they were on the way then turned around an hour later an said they was on the way again . Worst part is they dropped my stuff to my new house and didn’t put anything back together AND CHARGED ME ANOTHER 100$ so a total Of 450$ to throw my stuff in a house. I COULD OF DID THAT. Then the owner says he will come finish the job that evening then is a no call no show then tells me I didn’t pay for that AFTER saying he would come . Literally

This company is a scam. Purchased 2 hours of moving from local flavor for 75.00 for (150.00 value) and attempted to schedule my move as I'm literally moving from one first floor apartment to another first floor apartment maybe 250 feet away. The location of the shop is 5.9 miles, or 13 minutes away from my home. In addition to the 75 I paid (which… they count as 75, not 150) they wanted me to pay at first 85.00 for mileage, which I argued down to 45.00, then 45.00 for gas (cause it's diesel 🤣), in addition to 45.00 to disassemble one bed and reassemble it (which I declined). DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY! When they couldn't get my dresser out of the room the owner TONI told them it's not their problem and to leave it there. I wanted to say good things about the movers who came despite all of that until my neighbors came and told me they emptied their entire trailer on the side of our road. None of which was from my move. When I called TONI and told him what happened and that my neighbors were upset, he showed no interest in resolving it and told me to report him to the Sheriff's Dept if that's what I needed to do. Any positive reviews are family members as the dispatcher Mr. Nelson changed the arrival time multiple times finally telling me they would arrive at 7:00am. They arrived at 9:00. Then Mr. Nelson wanted payment and called every hour not knowing where they would be complete. They tipped a changing table/dresser on its side breaking off an end and the driver said they would take it to be repaired. I have just had a move with Adrian yesterday on 10/21/17 and all I can say is Thank you Adrian for a wonderful moving job. Adrian was organized, professional and so polite. Everything went perfect from the day we scheduling the move to the completion that ended up with a Big Thank you & a Hug to him. I paid $90 for a Living Social deal for two hours of moving with two guys and a truck. When I set up my appointment, I was informed that I would be charged an additional $139. Not only that, but I was given a window from 1-3pm and the movers arrived at 4:20. I wasted a large chunk of my moving time waiting around for the guys when I could have been running boxes over or unpacking. The only reason I have them two stars was because the guys did an excellent job once they finally arrived.
I am very disappointed in the excessive additional charges. These should be listed on the voucher at the time

Beware of this fraudulent company!!! They told me that I had to pay 302.10 in addition to the 99 I paid on living social. This company marked my voucher redeemed then I asked them if I could have 3 movers they of course. When I confirmed the move date and had to pay for the additional mover they got into my card account charging my account another 800 total the day of the move and didn't show up. I reported it to my card company and the BBB and even got a no. From an employee of this company and reported her as well. They have several locations so beware of the name.

This company is nothing but a scam. I called the number on their website and it never went through, it would always say unable to complete this call please try again no matter what time you called. They never replied to my email until the day before my move. They were supposed to be there 6/7 between 12-2 pm. And never showed. We had to call random numbers until we got their company. They ended up coming after 6pm in a u haul after I paid 1hr travel time of $90, $4.58 for paying by credit card, $1.58 for a tire fee and $1.25 for oil. Then $50 for fuel-$153.90. Please just save your families time and money and go elsewhere. Very, very unprofessional and disorganized. When I originally called their 203 number I did not get a good feeling and the gentlemen who answered the phone was not very customer service oriented and not helpful at all. Since I had bought their $90 coupon for 2 guys and a truck with two hours worth of Moving, I just decided to stick it out. The two hour window really means they are going to get there three hours after the initial start window. Called and said they were leaving at 6:50 and got here are 8:25 from their Atlantic office

Do NOT use this company. I found them on Groupon. First red flag should have been that I had to prepay. I should have known better. I was scheduled to move between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. They called the day before to confirm. My move date comes and no one shows up. at 9:15, I call them and the idiot on the phone says they are running a little behind. They were four hours away!
