Don't believe the boiler template reply. Fact is they ruined beautiful furniture by not wrapping it as I requested. Simple request. You can't send someone out to "fix" furniture with these surfaces. It's permanently damaged. An apology would be much better received than the bs statement. Run people.

We used Jaguar moving for most recent move and were extremely satisfied. Jose and Daniko spent all day making sure all of our belongings were very well cared for. They spent time carefully disassembling our furniture. Both of the young men were very respectful toward my husband and I throughout the entire process. From having previous poor moving experiences this was a huge difference. These guys really made sure to go above and beyond. I just wanted the service to match the cost !As of 10/15/21 I’ve sent several emails , several pictures made serval calls no response and no resolution. I spent over $700.00 + to basically move my own things . Renting a truck & getting help from family would’ve been cheaper and more efficient! This company was an hour late due to their truck breaking down .Almost an hour late to the second destination which was 15 min away from the other …We were charred for traffic which we were told by the company “not their fault “ but no accountability for their plenty mistakes. If your furniture is already broken and beat-up, and you don't care if your walls get scraped to s***, these are the movers for you! Don't worry, these guys will also work very hard to ensure all your furniture looks even worse upon arrival. Too lazy to wrap even a $3k white Restoration Hardware bed frame (and yes, we explicitly asked them to), these guys just don't care. They even tried to hide the fact that they split the wooden leg of a $300 RH dining chair by conveniently delivering it at the last second, right before they collected their generous, and undeserved tip. I would give six stars if I could. Having done several moves, I can unequivocally say that Jaguar Moving should be your go-to option for moving day. They were super accessible and helpful leading up to moving day. My movers, Noah and Derrell, were absolutely top-notch. They arrived on time, had my whole apartment loaded onto the truck within a half hour, got everything over to the new place quickly and were very careful with my belongings. They made sure the job was done right and done promptly. I can’t say enough good things about their work! The pricing was incredibly reasonable and straightforward

We recently moved into a new home and Jaguar Movers was highly recommended through the community website. Josh M and Mark showed up on time and were great. I shopped around for rates, and they were the best value and highly recommended. I will absolutely use them for my next move! They were early and finished faster than quoted; and, they were nothing but professional, respectful, and helpful. They came prepared with blankets and shrink wrap, made sure to wrap furniture/breakables, and were conscientious of how items were unpacked. Very satisfied!

I used Jaguar moving twice. First my moms move from one retirement home to another then again with a work office move. Both times they were great. I supposed their rates were good, I thought reasonable. Movers is not a service I necessarily want the cheapest service when I move want done carefully and on my schedule. They did all I needed and were very professional. If this is important to you also I would pick them.

Even with manager adjustments it was a horrible experience. crew worked hard but is poorly trained. no one seemed to be in charge. many requests got ignored. estimator gave horrendous advice on not emptying storage containers. every one broke. charged me over $250 to deliver a lawn mower and drove to wrong address. wasted an hour. then charged me for that hour. i even spelled out the address. added pics. just the tip of the iceberg. got tired of loading them.

What a professional company and team. They called me several times as requested to schedule. I had changing dates 3 different times and very flexible. We were moving to storage units nearby.
Trey, Josh, Jabari were amazing. Polite and fast. Watching them run from the front yard up stairs to the back of the house, but extra considerate on all carry's out of the house. Didn't bang chip or dent furniture and walls. At the storage facility, when we arrived, there were 2 other trucks unloading. We were unloaded and back to the house for a second load before the others had finished.

Update to review.
After some communication issues, my damage was covered and Justin was very helpful in making that happen. The move process went satisfactory and would say as long as you make sure you let them know any unique needs when you schedule your move you should be very happy with there services. Had 1 good move and 1 average move, but they worked with me to improve.

These guys came and took care of business. My wife was so excited at how fast they got the trucks loaded. Unloading was even faster. Zero damage to high end electronics and furniture. Zero foul language from all of the workers which really impressed me. I definitely recommend these guys for moving a house. Well worth the money!

Yah, these guys were nice but they ripped me off. They determined it was a 3 man job after inspection and sharply increased the rate.
That 3rd guy was there an hour, then another 3rd finally showed up to load up and a small 4 hour pack and move ended up costing $750. The exact same stuff cost $350 to move last time, from a different mover. They left stuff too. How am I going to move this stuff?

Possibly one of the best move experiences so far was had recently with Jaguar Moving. These guys were very careful with our belonging, wrapping up everything and putting it neatly and gently on the truck. Our last few moves were horrible and lots of things got scratched and broken; but not with Jaguar Moving; they really took care of our belongings.
We had a lot more stuff than we thought and it took 2 trips loaded down in their 26 foot truck. The 3 man team was very efficient, but if I had realized that I had so much we would have hired the 2 truck / 4 man team. It took a good 7 hours to get
