After 20 years as a Navy wife, I have not come to consider "moving day" as a pleasant experience. However, A1Ace Movers made the day quite easy for me. John and his helper were on time, courteous, and careful with my furniture and boxes. I had zero complaints at the end of the day. And zero complaints was not a 'military move' experience for me.

If you're moving at an employer's request, verify what expenses and responsibilities are theirs and which are yours. Contact the IRS and/or your accountant for information on what moving expenses may be tax-deductible.
Protect yourself and your belongings! One of the largest mistakes a customer can do is call several moving companies and decide to use the lowest priced one without finding out about that company. Any one that quotes prices without finding out information about your move is not a company to move with.

John and his crew are always nice, professional and show up on time. They take great care of your belonging like they are their very own. My mom recently used John's moving service and didn't end up closing on her property as expected. John quickly jumped into action to ensure my mom had a place to stay and with no hesitation allowed for her belonging to remain on his moving truck for days. Such peace of mind and professionalism was given and much appreciated!

John said he would call when on way but just showed up, causing our German Shepherd to start jumping on window that caused damage to blind. Damaged two pieces of furniture and never said anything about it. Tried to change per hour rate at end of job, and charged 8 hours for 6. We had no choice but to get everything moved in one day and he did get that done.
