Our standard Black Oil Based Paint, with Brass kickplate to protect the 6-panel soild door. This customer chose our Security Package. This is a very good example that you can have beauty & elegance along with safety. In this package, we have our 20 gauge ironwood steel door, triple pane glass & our bandit latch which tested 3-times stronger then typical installation.

Purchased a $1700 door 7 years ago with a 10 year warranty. They blew me off after 7-8 calls in a two month period. They blamed the door problems(some rust and poor paint job) on the manufacturer who is now out of business. I was told to contact the manufacturer after being told the manufacturer went out of business 5 years ago. Seems no one takes responsibility or pride for their workmanship. Should of went to Lowe’s or HD and purchased a $500 door.

I had a great experience with AM Door & Supply Co. I ordered windows and doors for my house. The owner stopped by soon after I asked for a a quote. He was very efficient and extremely knowledgeable as he talked with me and took measurements. He made sure to understood what my price range was, and gave me information about all of the products he planned to provide. I liked that he wasn't pushy at all. He was honest and straight forward to the point about what I would be looking at. I received my quote quickly and they were easy to work with, letting me know the timeline on deliveries as we went

TERRIBLE. The only poor review I have ever given. Where to start. From beginning, got the wrong style door. The inside stain finish was rough to touch. Looked like 1 coat and that was it. No touch up paint for the outside which was promised.. Now the door doesn't seal properly letting cold air in. Over a month. No feedback from them. Go elsewhere.

I tried to call and get an estimate for 2 new garage doors with openers. Their sales staff first, wouldn't give me a day they could look at the project second, when they called me i missed the call, i tried to call back the guy who answered said " the person you need to talk to isn't in he'll call you back." they called 2 days later left an inappropriate message about how I'm not serious and they are taking me off their list. Well, if you can't figure out how to make an appointment i'm sure you won't be able to hang a garage door. Plus, if i did buy it off you. I'd bet your service is spotty and
