My husband, a disabled veteran had the come out maybe 5,6 months ago to install a new opener. Well I called over a week ago to get the code pad fixed, after promises to call and never did, they finally got here and charged me a $69 fee for less than a minutes worth of work. Oh yeah and my husband has since passed away this past 3 weeks ago.

I'm really happy with their courteous and great service. I called them for a broken spring. When he arrived he saw that my spring bracket needs to change, so he had to drive back to get the part. After his return, he noticed the cables are all frayed. He had to drive back again to get extra cable. Even after all these driving back and forth, I didn't hear one complaint or had any extra charge. On top of it, he even fixed the squeaking noise that was driving me crazy without me asking for it. Thank you again!

Diamond Doors was not my initial choice for my garage door repair because someone referred a friend to me first. But, since he didn't stock the parts that I needed for my Wayne Dalton door, he said he would be more expensive and referred me to Diamond.

This company is approx. 2 times the price on their wayne dalton commercial garage doors than their near by competitors. Gave a quote for over $4000 dollars for a 12' x 14' Wayne dalton 5255 door. I purchased the same door for just over $2000 at another wayne dalton distributor. Talk about trying to take advantage of a customer
