2 installers from Youngstown arrived when scheduled and on time.
They got set up and started replacing 5, 71" x 13", transom windows.
No damage to the vinyl siding or interior walls.
John and his assistant were very friendly and polite, did a great job with attention to detail, the finished install looks better than the original windows.
They did not stop working for a break or lunch.
The new windows look great, the whole process was a good experience.

We replaced every window in our home with WindowDepot. We paid extra for a color on the outside and white inside. They installed the first time and a most every window needed replaced as they scratched both the glass and the paint. We went through a few re orders as they kept bringing defective windows and wrong sizes and wrong colors. The low E part of the window is impossible to clean and cuts down the light drastically. I specifically asked about this when purchasing as I did NOT want to cut the light this much as we have limited already. They have come back multiple times for a window crank

From our initial consultation with the salesman, they were prompt and professional. My wife and I had the windows replaced in our entire home. The price we received was beyond fair especially in current times with the increase in building cost. Due to shortages in building supplies we were given an estimated installation date of mid October, we were pleasantly surprised when the came in late July. Ed and John (installers) paid attention to every detail and did an amazing job. The completed project drastically changed the look of our home and we couldn’t be happier. If you want a great product

We are extremely pleased with our new windows! We replaced “36” windows in our house and I’m very glad we chose Window Depot. From the sales process to the installation they were easy to work with and charged a fair price. We bought our windows in late March and didn’t expect to get them until July/August. We were pleasantly surprised when they came in 3 weeks ago and they were all installed this past week. Ed and John did an amazing job. It is a LOT of work and they really took their time and focused on every detail. They were professional, courteous, accommodating and a pleasure to work

We replaced all fifteen of our windows and also replaced our deck door, which was originally a French door, with a sliding glass door. All were original construction grade that were changed to ProVia branded products through Window Depot USA of Youngstown. We cannot be more pleased. The quality of these products and the difference they have made in our home is beyond belief. Nice place to do business. We had them install 33 replacement windows, and everyone from Ilene, Kevin, Eric, and Charles/crew were all very professional. The windows at first go around look to be a quality product. We've noticed a big difference in the overall warmth of the house after the install.
And Installation guys took the extra time to do it right. You install it once......and live with it for a long time.
