This company provides different variety of roofing systems that will fit your home and your budget. I am so glad they came and did a perfect job with a five years warranty! Everyone in this company is friendly, hard-working, and finished the job a day early. They made sure all the nails are picked up all around the house. We had over 8 tons of old roofing that needs to be removed before installation. It was not an easy job, and they did a fantastic job. Thank you, thank you! Highly recommend!

We were selling our house and the realtor got a quote from Cover Me Green that was a little less then what we had been quoted by other reputable roofers. They got the new roof on promptly, helped us with some facia issues and cleaned up the place nicely when they were done. Craig and Jerry communicate well and are a pleasure to deal with.

We needed the roof done on a small unit behind our house - a contractor friend recommended Cover Me Green and we are so thankful they did! Craig and Jerry were both an absolute pleasure to work with from choosing the shingle covers, to scheduling (they did our roof less than a week after my initial call!), and everything else. Their crew was professional and made quick work of the project, but did so with attention to detail. He has issues that involved the state licensing board including attempting to obtain LARGE deposits from customers before work is started. Law is max 10%. Got back to us a couple weeks after 2 no shows. Told him to go ahead and measure roof for estimate. His bid was similar to others, but what do you think he wanted upfront? Yup, a 27% deposit !! We contracted with someone else.

They replaced the roof of my house a few years prior. The roof has leaked in two places. I contacted them to fix it and they came out once but did not come out a second time. I had to contact Servpro to fix the damage caused by the water. A new roofing company they told me the roof was not sealed properly and had to fix the damage in both places.

So how often do you neighbors call to thank you for having such considerate roofers? How often do you have to tell workers to stop cleaning up because they actually are leaving the area so much cleaner (and organized) than they found? Both of these things happened with Cover Me Green.
Craig and the crew work fast, so a great job and leave the area sparkling!
Between the rain and my hectic travel schedule, we went back & forth for months before we moved forward with the project. He's good and he gets busy but when it came together, it was a great experience. I highly recommend!

I had numerous "pinhole" leaks and what looked like a "skylight" from raccoon and/or possum damage in my wood shake roof that caused rain water to leak through my air conditioning vent. Craig called me two days after I left a message and came out the following day. His wonderful worker, Auggie, who has been with the Company for 17 years, completed the "tune-up" repairs in a matter of days before the next rainstorm hit. These guys are the best! Just be prepared to have the work done when they call because they are very busy.

My garage had been leaking for quite some time, got several bids from reputable, local roofing contractors. Craig came out the same day I called for the bid, emailed it to me that evening. His promptness impressed me.

We had a good experience with the company 3 years ago when they repaired a roof for us. But this is not the current experience. We left numerous messages for Craig to help with a roof/stair repair issue, and did not receive a call back for a week+. He finally came out and gave us an estimate to repair the damage. We called back approving the estimate and requesting that work begin ASAP as we had a small leak in the house in the area of the requested repairs. It has now been 3 weeks and we have never heard from him or his company. I would expect a call advising that he could not or did not want

I had a good time working with Craig and his team. They were not the lowest quote I got, but the price wasn't too bad, and it was an "all inclusive" price. Basically, other roofers will quote the roof and then in the small print will add charges by the linear or square foot for rotted wood replacement, fascia, etc. Craig gave one price and stuck to it, even with all the rotted wood that needed replacing and some fascia work. That was nice.

Craig just finished a 20 unit (2 buildings) project for me in Long Beach. Craig was very responsive from our initial call until the job was done. His professional experience and advise on our building lead us to the decision to have him do the job. Cover me Green is also very competitive on price and did more than what was in the contract and did not hit us for extras. When I replace the roof on my personal residence Craig will be the first person I call.

Our garage roof center beam cracked in 3 places due to old age, prior owners cutting out rafters and the rain we had. We called about 4 roofing companies and heard back from 3 who said they where to busy and couldn't take on another job. A week after I called Cover Me Green roofing I get a random call from Craig saying he was busy due to rain and was just getting back to me. We had no rain for a week prior to my call to him or until he called me, just fyi.

In my opinion, Craig Van Duren, owner of Cover Me Green Roofing, is the best roofer in all of LA and Orange Counties. Not only does he stand behind his own work, he will repair the work of other roofers and stand behind his repairs. I've used his services since about 2001--first to repair a leaky roof after the original roofer wouldn't return my calls, then to replace my rental building roof, and mostly recently to replace the roof on my house. He has always done quality work at the best prices.

We've used Craig on 3 occasions--the first time an emergency (middle of a major rainstorm situation), then for re-roofing the garage, and then our house. With the exception of the emergency, I got other quotes, which were higher. I've been very impressed with the work in all 3 cases. The fact that I can support a local business while getting great service is another bonus!
