I scheduled THREE SEPARATE APPOINTMENTS with Xochitl (the owner) and THREE SEPARATE TIMES they didn't show up. Maybe I'm the crazy one for rescheduling with a business that didn't show up to the first two clearly scheduled appointments, but I tried to give them another chance and was repaid with more of my time wasted. This wasn't a miscommunication - it was scheduled over text and is all in writing. This is simply bad business and unprofessional. Don't be shocked if you wait and wait and wait and nobody shows up - apparently that's how they operate

My husband and I needed our roof inspected for our home warranty and found The Roofing Lady. The service she provided was exceptional. We were able to get an appointment with her in a couple of days. She is very hands on and knowledgeable. We will definitely recommend her and use her for all of our roofing needs.

We were remodeling our fireplace/fireplace insert area and found we had a decent leak around the fireplace at the flashing in Nov. I had 5 people come and give estimates. The Roofing Lady, Xochitl Arango, was not the least expensive but she was: (1) very thorough, (2) took photos that she showed me what must be fixed and what else she suggested needed to be repaired, and (3) put everything in writing. She was the only one who took photos vs. just telling me what needed to be done - she showed me the issues and problems and didn't shout it down from on top of the roof to me on the ground. She

I would highly recommend the roofing lady. She was communicative, trust worthy and professional. She came to the property within 24 hrs of the call and completed the job within 2 days. She is amazing at what she does and best of all she is HONEST. Don't let others roofers rip you off. Call her for a second opinion like I did and you will be surprised by her service. She took pictures before and after and keep me informed at all times.

A week ago, I called The Roof Lady to get an estimate for a leak we had for well over a year. Xochitl Aranga, The Roof Lady, informed us she would be over the next day. She came by when she said she would on time, we showed her the area of the roof. She listened to what we had to say, she said she would look at the whole roof then she got her ladder out to a look. In while, she came in to show us the pictures she had taken of areas of the roof that needed repair. She explained what had been done in the past and why it didn't work. She explained in detail what her workers would do to

Excellent work!! I know nothing about roofs and Xoitl came to my house, evaluated my roof, and gave me an excellent, fair price. I checked with several other roofers and some were way too high and after consulting with Xoitl, others were way too low to get the job done correctly. Xoitl was extremely professional and got the job done within 2 days. Wow! She even gave me a discount. Support the roofing lady.

"The Roofing Lady" Xochitl was referred to me by someone who said she did good work at a fair price. I had 2 properties that needed roof repair and at first she was very communicative and efficient. She came to evaluate both properties as promised, took pictures, and said she would email me an estimate. I never heard back. I called and texted her countless times with no response. She had every opportunity to explain herself but never did. I finally gave up and found someone actually reliable. All I can do is report my own experience.
