Vess and his team (office and roofers) are absolutely wonderful. Not the most expensive and not the cheapest but knowledgeable and quality work. There is always competition and difficulty booking roofers during winter and spring. I waited for GM Roofing and it was well worth the wait. In addition to dealing with the City, repairing termite eaten wood, both a shingled and flat roof replacement and repairing eves these guys finished on time and stayed on budget. My favorite part of working with GM Roofing was the clean up - at the end of each day they cleaned up the yard and removed all debris.

My husband wrote this. When GM Roofing finished our roof replacement recently, we felt we were on top of the world. The crew did a fine job, the price was fair, and we've had compliments on how good the roof looks.

These guys are GREAT, let me repeat that: these guys are GREAT. I've got a small coffee store in Los Al and they last year and fix the leaks and this year when a couple of leaks resurfaced they came out and rectified them n/c. Its really nice to do business with a company that's not out to take advantage. They will get all my business.

We're new homeowners, and during escrow our home inspector told us that our flat roof was nearing the end of its life. I asked GM Roofing to assess the condition of the roof and what could be done to extend its life.
After inspecting the roof, Vess from GM Roofing gave us the awesome news that our roof is in good condition and could last for another 10 years. He just recommended an annual roof check-up to check the pipe fittings and gravel guards. We were expecting a major cost this year with the roof, so we're more than relieved with this news. It was wonderful to get an honest assessment

Our 20 year old roof was looking haggard, even though it was weatherproof and sound. We contacted one roofing company who said a complete replacement was required, and then we called GM Roofing. Gary was great and worked with us to find a cost-effective solution that would make the roof safe, aesthetically pleasing, and still keep costs down. He provided three different scenarios with reasonable bids for each possible job. We chose to forgo a completely new roof and do a simple repair/replace as needed plan that came out beautifully! What a refreshing way to do business!
