Brian and his team from Genuine Kitchen and Bath did an amazing job remodeling my shower. Brian helped with the design to redo my old shower-bath combo into a walk-in shower. This involved replacing a window that was over the tub and installing all new tile and fixtures. The team was friendly and great to work with and quickly responded to my last minute changes. Best of all, they finished on time before all my Christmas guests arrived. I have two more bathrooms to remodel and will absolutely use Brain and Genuine Kitchen and Bath again.

To say that it was past time to update our 1958 kitchen in all of it's bright yellow with sparking gold fleck Formica glory - would be a major understatement. Working with Brian, Dianna and their team from Genuine Kitchen and Bath was an absolute dream. Their communication from start to finish was exceptional. In addition to knowing their "stuff" they were thoughtful, considerate and always went the extra mile. I mean - how many contractors create a space ship for their clients grandkids out of one of the leftover cabinet boxes?

I’m so happy I listened to a recommendation from a friend! These guys are AMAZING. They have a great eye for design as well as do amazing work. They helped me pick the best hardwood floors, the perfect pantry like cabinet for my kitchen, and to top it off gave me a beautiful new bathroom! We had the pleasure of dealing with Brian and his crew on our last remodel and as usual everything went great. Everybody at Genuine is extremely professional and friendly, they took the time to answer any questions we had(we had a lot!) and never made us feel like we were “bothering” them like some other contractors we’ve dealt with. Brian, Dianna and crew were absolutely fabulous! We hired them to do a kitchen and bathroom remodel for us in our newly purchased home in San Carlos. After being referred to them by our real estate agent, Brian came over and did some measurements and explained our options for materials. From there we got some quotes and we ended up moving forward.

I had met with 4 contractors about re doing my kitchen. When I met with the owners of Genuine Kitchen and Bath, I knew they were right for the job! Brian was so professional and helpful! Dianna was awesome too! It was so great to have a woman's touch and opinion on everything I needed help with (most contractors I met with were male, and I sometimes did not understand their construction lingo). They both really seemed liked they cared about me and my project. They were both always timely and kept right on schedule throughout the whole project. We hired Genuine Kitchen and Bath to completely gut and remodel our master bathroom in San Carlos. From the day they started until they day they finished we couldn't have been happier. They were meticulous, and I could tell the team was well managed. The owner Brian did a fantastic job of making sure the outside and inside of our home was clean every day. Brian and Team remodeled our Master Bathroom and Hall Bathroom and did an excellent job! With the limited space I had in the M. Bath, they were able to put in exactly what I wanted (double vanity AND double showerheads for a two person shower), and the tile and bathroom look fantastic! The Hall Bath looked terrific as well, with a simple vanity and a large shower, I was impressed at the quality! Overall, for the price of the remodel, it looks extravagant and worth the time and effort put into it!
