I'm having mixed feelings about writing this review. My encounter with the company during the process of having my flat roof replaced was excellent. My problems began AFTER, 9 months later to be exact. With all the recent rain I noticed the drop tile in the corner of my bedroom had a wet spot, the same corner that prompted the repair in the first place. I started calling the company back in November, it's now December 18 STILL no callback. I've made several attempts to have someone take a look at it or at least give me calling back but nothing.
