Had them give me an estimate of roof repair, which ended up needing a whole new roof. Everyone from Joyland answered all my questions, explained everything and sent pictures of the whole process. Were prompt and came back couple days after install before billing me and checked to make sure everything was good. Would highly recommend them if you need any roofing needs.

Joyland Roofing is an excellent company, and is a pleasure to deal with. Their work is top-notch, and their prices are very reasonable given the quality. I recently had gutter guards installed, and I was genuinely surprised by the price they gave me. (I had gotten exorbitant estimates from other companies, such as LeafFilter.) Joyland is my go-to company for all my roofing-related needs.

They did a good job the only reason I get four stars is because they need a different and better payment processor. Their current payment processor made me nervous because it first required a bank account and then I called them and they gave me a link for a way to pay with a credit card and both pages had a warning from my browser that It wasn't secured.
I feel like whoever handles their payments isn't doing so securely.

Update: payment did go through but there were multiple security warnings from every device I tried. So be careful.

Needed a repair on a flat rubber out garage roof approx 30 years old. Joyland inspected, gave reasonable estimate and came to repair within 6 weeks. There was no urgency for repair.
The Techs Brandon and Alex were extremely friendly, professional and competent in the work and time spent completing the job. I don't think they stopped to rest until the work was complete.
Brandon did find a trouble area that needed additional attention where he promptly let me know the options for repair and cost. He was able to complete the extra repair at minimal cost.

Joyland is outstanding! We are 100% satisfied. They were highly knowledgeable about our uniquely shaped roof with a valley and rubber membrane. Their communication and the quality of the work was excellent, which included installation of a new rubber membrane that was previously too small, new pipe boots, and new gutters with gutter guards. Each team member we interacted with clearly cares deeply about his/her work. We plan to use Joyland in the future for our roofing needs.

Great experience with Joyland Roofing! Very professional, conscientious and personable. From beginning to end, it was a joy to work with their whole team. Despite the challenges of working in the city's historic district, they efficiently completed repair and replacement of two rubber roofs in less than a week, including clean-up. I am recommending them to neighbors who need similar work.

We were very pleased with the initial inspection of our roof and happy the estimate was within our budget. The men installing the roof were very professional and respectful. Roof completed in one day and clean-up was very satisfactory. A job inspection was completed the following day, which I appreciated.
I would give them 5 stars from the salesman on down to the inspector.

Joyland Roofing was recommended to me by a friend who was very enthusiastic about the work they had done on his house. He praised their workmanship and their neatness, cleaning up the area around his house, almost as though nobody had been there.
Our experience was also very good. Every member of the crew and the people from the office (Kathryn and Jason) was courteous and attentive to the job and to our needs. We were (and are) pleased that we chose Joyland.
