Unbelievably great experience! We had a slight leak near the chimney due to lack of/old flashing. I called Melvin on a Thursday as I wanted to have the problem fixed before the next substantial rain. He emailed me a quote two hours later. The quote was far less than another quote I received from another business. He then called and scheduled us to have the roof repaired the very next day.

Lancaster Roofing Co put a beautiful metal roof on our city home. While other roofers tried to tell us it couldn’t be done because access to our property was limited or that the project was too small and complex to be worth their trouble, Lancaster Roofing Co had no trouble at all.
