The repairman showed up right on time. I explained to the technician how the fridge stopped running this past weekend. He explained to me what might be the issue and the options I had. I decided to replace the appliance instead of fix it. But I was still very impressed with Waukegan Appliance Repair and will definitely hire them the next time I need appliance repair.

I would strongly recommend NOT using this company. I called on Monday, February 8th to schedule an appointment to service my washer. The gentleman who did my initial intake provided great customer service, though the next available appointment wasn’t until Wednesday February 10th. Seeing that this was not an emergency, I accepted the appointment and followed the instructions provided to secure my window time of 3pm-7pm. On the day of my appointment, February 10th, I received a call at 2:20pm, as I was leaving work, informing me they were unable to secure a technician and that I needed to reschedule

The person who answer the phone was really kind , nice and professional, the problem was whit the appointment it was supposed to be for a Monday nobody came or call to cancel the appointment , I called again and they were supposed to come on a Wednesday only to tell me five minutes later that they don have a technician available until the end of the month why don’t tell me that since the first appointment

Just spoke with staff of Waukegan Appliance Repair over the phone with a question about our Kenmore refrigerator problem.
