USED and RECONDITIONED appliances are NOT the same. Used means just that. The appliance was bought new, was used for a period of time and for some reason the owner got rid of it. There are many reasons why someone would be getting rid of an appliance. Anywhere ranging from a move to a divorce, but at the end of the day they are sold as is much the same way as ones that you find at rummage and estate sales or in newspaper ads.

I love to see a father and son duo team and it be in my home town. I highly recommend them. Very honest and super easy to talk to. They work great as a team.They answer the phone and its not a computer generated voice makes me wait until someone answers the phone.
What my issue was: dryers button was stuck and there was no way of fixing it unless they put a new mother board in. Apparently they said there is no real reason why it fails but that it fails and its not an easy fix unless you have someone trained and a professional doing it.
Again thank you for your hard work and I will be using you

The lid lock to my washer broke and I could not find the part anywhere. The other places I ed said it would take 5-7 days to get the part. I have 2 teenage boys and a toddler, so that wasn't gping to cut it. CJ's had the part in stock and were cheaper than the places I called. I picked it up that day and he even gave me tips on installing it. My washer was up and running in 10 minutes!

Our washer kept having an issue where it would pause mid cycle and collect water when it wasn't running, occasionally opening and dumping a full tank of water out. CJ Appliances came out ($65 to come out) installed a new pump ($140 parts and labor) and left without testing it.
When I got home and tested it, nothing was different. I called them to inform them, they offered to come out and try replacing something else, probably for a few hundred dollars more, but didn't offer to wave a trip cost or the labor cost of their failed attempt.
They were nice enough, but it is VERY frustrating to pay

Update - July 2020 - We needed to have our oven repaired. CJ Appliance was able to schedule an appointment right away. They arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and explained the repair. CJ Appliance always provides professional service at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be counting on them for all my appliance repairs.

Prompt, professional and reasonably priced, what more can you ask for? The are local to the Twin Lakes area and I would highly recommend them for your appliance repair needs. My front loader LG washer was not draining and they had me up and going in under an hour. Had the parts needed on hand. Was very happy with the experience.
