They came to clean my moms house they did a very bad job very slow at cleaning and they charge very expensive compare to other places they were so mean to my mom even though she was Willing to pay whatever they want but she only asked for a good result never ever using them again and I’m telling you theyre not worth what you gonna pay so just look for someone better ...

Customer service is wonderful and the owner is one of the nicest people I have ever met - she really cares about her clients, their house and their possessions. We have been using Greenly Maids for at least a couple of years now -maybe longer and overall we think they offer a very good & usually very thorough cleaning service in our home! Since a minimum of three ladies come every week, they are in and out in about an hour & 15 minutes. Although not all the ladies understand/communicate in English our lead lady does and if she has to be out, they send at least one who is familiar with our house & the routine! All the ladies are sweet, cheerful, polite, and hard working! They try very hard to please!

I read the reviews and hired this crew anyway as the good reviews were very good. And, the initial cleaning and first biweekly cleaning were good; however, then they were a no show with no contact. I had to contact them and they 'forgot' they were supposed to come to my house. I asked for my key back and never received it although I was promised it would be in the mail the next day. My follow up text was not answered. So now I have the added expense of having my locks rekeyed. There are too many other businesses to have to deal with this kind of service. Pass on this group and

The Greenly Maids service also does window cleaning, and I had scheduled a cleaning with an arrival time between 1 and 4 on a weekday (I took the afternoon off from work to meet them). At 4:00, no one had arrived yet, so I phoned and spoke with Carmen, who said she would find out what the problem was. I was told that the crew was finishing up a job in Highland Park and would be at my home in 30-40 minutes. I asked how they would be able to finish washing the windows in my large 2-story home (inside, outside, and screens) today. She first offered to send 3 extra people, but then opted instead

No show this morning!!! Really bummed! Carmen came out and gave me an estimate last week and we scheduled an appointment for today at 9:30 to do our initial cleaning. I asked her if it would be a problem because today's a holiday and she assured me it wouldn't. They have not shown up nor called either. very disappointed.

Found out they sent out a couple of cleaners a couple hours later but I was not home. No apology and Carmen said she would be there too and as far as I know she did not show up because they claimed they did not know which house to go to. ????

I had Greenly Maid come clean my house that I was moving out of and they quoted me between $150 to $175, at the most, for everything that needed to be done. They did a good job at cleaning but charged me $266 after the job was done. I tried getting this resolved with the manager, but she was not willing to listen to me, screamed over me, would not let me talk, and refused to negotiate. Either clean your house yourself or find a better and more mature staff to clean your place. I do NOT recommend this place.
