DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!! They overcharge. Charged me double the estimate. Didn't clean the appliances as promised. When I tried to contact them regarding this they repeatedly told me somebody would call me back. Finally after 3 weeks, leaving several voicemails and sending 4 emails I still have not heard back. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Terribly unprofessional. Bad company.

I appreciate the ladies that were sent back out to clean behind the crew who should have stayed home.. My initial cleaning was perfect, I called for another service a few months later and was very disappointed.

They have the worse customer service and they are not honest. I searched internet to find a cleaning services for my mom apartment. I called My Maid Day and spoke to Alejandra. I asked how much they charge for a one bedroom apartment cleaning. She said they will send 2 person for $50 an hour and it takes about 2 and half hours to clean a 1 bedroom apartment and the total will be $125.00 plus tax. I agreed and booked for 4:00 pm. No one showed up at 4 by 4:20 I called and talked to another lady and asked for Alejandra. She said she left the office. I said I have booking and am waiting and no one

Will never hire them again. They are overpriced and did not do a good job. Everything was still dirty and the house was empty. If you want to clean behind him them by all means waste your money. There's better out there for sure.

Called for estimate and the special they have on Yelp needs to be more specific. They told me it was only for move outs? I was excited to try them but I'll be going with someone else. My apt is 564sf and they wanted to charge $50 to clean carpet in my bedroom and I have a California King bed. Didn't make sense.

From requesting a quote to hiring them, they were friendly, respectful, transparent, patient, helpful, great communication, just overall a wonderful experience. The person sent to my apartment did a phenomenal job, my unit looked cleaner moving out (thanks to My Maid Day) than it did when I moved in. The woman that cleaned my place was wonderful. Mariah and her team have been cleaning our house for over a year now. We actually moved across town a few months ago and were able to transfer our service and cleaners over to the new house, which I appreciated. They've even formed relationships with my pets, which I like because I know they're not having to deal with new strangers coming to the house all the time with scary vacuums, it's always their friend Mariah coming to visit with the same scary vacuum

I've used My Maid Day for my last 2 move-out cleans. Reasonably priced and reliable service. I waited until the last minute to schedule both times, thinking I would be feeling up to cleaning myself after moving (lol). They were very accommodating and able to schedule me ASAP.

The first time I used them, my studio hadn't had a professional cleaning in almost 3 years and the lady had it spotless in 2 hours. Kitchen, cabinets, bathroom, everything. I had forgotten some stuff in a drawer when I moved and she even bagged it up for me.

I moved again recently and had another positive experience

We used My Maid Day for the 1st time a few weeks ago. First they called to tell me they were 30 minutes out, which I greatly appreciated. They arrived on time, were very nice & professional. My kids were @ the house while they were there & they said that they were very friendly the entire time.
The house looked amazing. They did a wonderful job. I seriously walked into my bathroom & had this "AWE MOMENT".
Will most definitely have them return in the near future.
