I was very happy with their service. I'm a single dad with 3 kids and they have my home sparkling. 2 cleaners for 3.5 hours. One spoke English well enough and even if neither did, there's Google translate. I don't know why some of these reviews are crying about a language barrier. If you can use Google to become an expert on everything else I'm sure you can figure out how to use Google to communicate with Spanish speakers. I got no complaints and will use them again. Real person here and real Google reviewer.

THIS PLACE IS A FRAUD they advertised in Groupon and then dont honor service with excuses that they are fully booked and I call from different phone and provide address nearby and they were offering service for the following day. Customer service is terrible the guy o. The phone is unpolite and aggressive.

They left my house a mess. They came an hour late.. no vacuum, sloppy mopping in the bathroom. I wish I can show the picsđĄ. It was to be 1 for 2hrs. 3 came two in the bathroom. Mirrows smeard. I called the office he said just look at what they done. Nothing Iâm cleaning harder than they were.. DONE.. they left without saying anything.. mop on floor.. donât use them!!!

Cyrus installed new floors inside my house and did a lousy job. He had the nerve to call the people that installed the floors technicians. The "technicians" that put the floor down were very inexperienced. The floor is bubbling, coming up, and bulging. He did not refund my money for the HORRIBLE job he and his 'technicians" did. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR CYRUS! He should stick to the maid company instead of trying to have a flooring company.

The appointment that I had scheduled for 9 am was postponed until 1 pm. I had to continually call the owner to ask for arrival time and an email confirmation of appointment. After arriving 4 hours late the owner had the audacity to try to sell me on an appointment twice as long as the session I originally booked. They later called me that my plumbing was not functioning ( which was not true ). The owner to acknowledge that the service / communications that they were providing was not good but instead kept telling me how long they had been

So my appointment was scheduled for today at 12 noon and I scheduled a 4 hour cleaning. The cleaners did not show up until 1:30 and were âfinishedâ at 3. I called the office at 12:06 and they said they were on their way. I called again at 1:15 and the booker John said that the were near the property but were lost. If they left in amble amount of time, could have had time to âget lostâ.

Let me start off by saying, the cleaning lady that arrived was so sweet and I loved her work! Now on to the owner...UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I called & used a Groupon to make my appointment. I was told it could be used for the date I requested. I gave the voucher number and was told everything was great! WRONG! The day of service, I received a call stating my Groupon could NOT be honored & I had to pay! My Groupon was for 3.5 hours and there was NO WAY I was paying for that for my 1-bedroom apartment. I believe the owner of this company is a SCAMMER & I believe he takes advantage of his workers. I paid

My husband and I were unfortunate enough to use this company to do a move out clean for the house we were renting. They were scheduled at 9 AM for 3 hours, they showed up at 10:15, unable to speak English and not knowing that they were doing a move out clean. I showed them some things that I wanted them to clean but didn't feel like it was my job to walk around and make sure they cleaned everything. They told me that they weren't allowed to clean behind appliances, but then I found out they just weren't allowed to move them. Our Practice has used this service for cleaning for nearly 2 years now without a single complaint ever. Prior to this cleaning service we went through several maid service companies that didn't care to do a good job. We NEVER have to "police" the maids to ensure that quality work is done like was the case with 3 other companies before them. I highly recommend Amerimaids. They do excellent work!!
