Services
Graceful Maids has a division committed to post construction cleaning from rough to final. Rough cleaning is performed before incoming subcontractors come in to do their work such a painters and installers of flooring, fixtures, and cabinets. Final cleaning is done once the construction process is entirely complete, prior to final walk-through and receiving the Certificate of Occupancy.
Workers may arrive at any time within that time window. When appointments are scheduled you may pick either first window or second window of that day. The day prior to service you will receive a text with an estimated time. The day of the service you will receive a text or phone call 20 minutes before arrival of cleaners.

I used this company for the initial deep cleaning and that was decent. The first basic cleaning after that was rushed and they missed things that should not have been missed like dusting the headboard, cleaning my bathroom vanity thoroughly leaving water spots on the faucet, wiping the top of the commode, and this is just a list of a FEW things not done. What management said was maybe they “are not a good fit for what I need”. They missed doing the basics of cleaning! What should have been said was “we are sorry, we will send you 2 new cleaners complimentary.” Poor management and staff

They went above and beyond what I expected and all within an hourish time frame. It smells so fresh and clean. Organized areas and even made my bed! Added cute little bows to the bathroom toilet and just really exceeded my expectations. You have my business from here on out!

Grateful Maids just left from cleaning our house and the work done was just okay. The master bed and bath were cleaned pretty good and the kitchen but the other areas are just barely touched or not touched at all. The language barrier made the whole interaction worse and the ones that came to our location today need better/newer cleaning tools. We were thinking about having them come out monthly but we will have to keep searching for other cleaning companies in the area.

Acela and Margarita are fantastic. My home looks and smells amazing. I have 3 little girls and it can get messy! If I need a date switched they are quick to respond to my text and adjust for me and the ladies are always at my home when they say. They take extra care in the kitchen which I appreciate and make the beds with fresh sheets if I need. Totally recommend!

With the holidays coming I reached out to Graceful Maids and We are so happy we did . The ladies in Office are super sweet and took down all my special request . The ladies sent to us were Awesome .Not only did they meet ALL of my request but theY did above and beyond . Everything looks Great ,the whole house smells AMAZING and We will definitely be using them again next month. Great Service!!!

Not only did Martha save the day today by getting her crew in my home in less than a 24 hour notice, (because my original house keeper canceled on me last minute when my mother in law is coming to town) but her crew blew my mind with their self sufficiency, attention to detail, and all around incredible clean! I was amazed by their crew work. I have been in this country for more than a decade never saw such a fast paced ,clean service. Usually 2 people arrive they take 3-4 hrs to do each thing. graceful crew were of 4 arrived bit late . I wasn't comfortable at first but when they came in , it was like with in 40 min everything was done and All trash out , cleaned floors, perfect carpet. I was totally in shock with their service. I will totally recommend them 😊 👍 to any one
