Friendly and quick service! As mentioned in another review, Jimmy was on time basically to the minute. As a woman (home by myself during the appointment) I felt totally comfortable due to his level of professionalism. This is important to me! Never know who may show up....

This was my first time using this company, and I'll definitely call on them again. I absolutely love that when you leave a message you can ask them to text you back (much easier to reply during work or on the go). Jimmy made sure every detail was taken care of during his visit......including caulking the new backsplash

Jimmy was the third plumber to inspect the slow running toilet and provide an analysis of what he thought was the problem. He was the only one who got it right and the other two left with me paying their minimum service charge and not actually fixing anything. From now on I'm calling Jimmy first.

Jim and Jim are EXCELLENT at what they do. Their work was timely, professional, and extremely high-quality. They were able to confidently deliver on a complicated plumbing setup (which others had said would require demolition, additional costs and was overall invasive). Jim and Jim are meticulous and their work shows it. I would absolutely hire them again for any future plumbing needs.

It's really disappointing when a business you really liked goes downhill because they can't handle the popularity. It took them a couple of days to return my call, and then even though the message on the recording said they were scheduling for next week, when they called me back they couldn't get me in for two weeks. But the biggest reason I'm disappointed is the woman doing the scheduling was super rude to me. She asked me what the problem was and then as I was describing the problem I had with my shower drain she cut me off to start asking me about my shower valve. There

I was told by two appliance repair people that my dishwasher had a leak and a motor was going out. I did not know when I bought the house that under the cabinets they never put tile and was told I had to get the dishwasher out which might mean taking out the tiles in front. I let it go for almost a year since I did not want to dig up the kitchen tile. My customer came over, jiggled it a bit and out it came without digging up tiles. (ended up nothing wrong with the dishwasher as noted by an appliance repair person today.)

Jim showed up on time, practically to the minute, and knew almost immediately what the issue was when it had stumped two other plumbers. He was able to resolve it immediately for a cost that was much lower than any of the exploratory, potential fixes the other two plumbers proposed. I had another well-known plumber come out to give me an estimate for a small amount of plumbing. Their estimate was so exorbitant that I only approved one small part of the work, which was to replace a showerhead, which I had the part and showed him before getting the estimate. He processed my credit card and started work only to come back 10 minutes later and quote an additional riduculous amount for something he overlooked. I obviously stopped the job and insisted

100% would recommend! We suspected a broken pipe, so we scheduled a time for them to come check it out. They were friendly and efficient in scheduling an appointment and showed up within the 1 hour appointment window. He was able to confirm a busted pipe and offered to come back same day to fix it! We got it fixed that day for a reasonable price and he was honest and friendly throughout! We will 100% use again if ever needed!

Jimmy and his son Jim are terrific. They always respond as soon as they can and took good care of my elderly Dad whenever there was a problem. They were fairly priced and really cared to make sure the job was done well and that my Dad's house was well taken care of, plumbing and rooter wise. We love them!

Had Jimmy Rooter out a couple years ago to have the drain in my basement laundry room snaked/cleared. He advised us to have the main line cleared out and we simply forgot. My husband brought it up again in November and I finally got around to calling in March. We are so glad that we did! He said that we had a couple spots along our main line that were not far away from being 100% clogged. So glad we called when we did and didn't wait to call when it was a gross emergency.

On time and super honest. We were told by another company a couple years ago that we were going to need to replace sewer pipe, etc. Jim recommended that I watch as he scoped everything which I did. He walked me through everything and what would you know, everything looks fine. Can't say enough about having a plumber we can trust

I've been hiring Jimmy for years to clean our clay pipe sewer. Very honest, works hard, responsive, and very fair prices. Small operation, and they do cleaning/scoping only so they stay neutral and objective on any repairs needed. I recommend him to everyone who asks for a sewer cleaning/scoping.

Showed up on time and completed the job as promised. I've already had them out a 2nd time for additional plumbing work. Fair price, great service, and you can tell these guys are genuine right when they enter your house.

Jimmy is the man! He solved a chronic problem with our master bath sinks that the builder couldn't. He came when he said he would and explained what he did along the way. I felt like he was trying to show us what the best possible solution was at all times. Jimmy was quick, efficient, and thorough. And on top of that he wore PPE without us even asking him to do it.

I live in Castle Rock and I had Jimmy come down and completely rebuild my outside copper sprinkler pipes and valve that were leaking. He did excellent work even suggesting some enhancements to make the setup drain much easier for winter storage. He did all of this for a very fair price. I won't hesitate to use him again for a couple of other plumbing projects I have coming up (sump pump install + on demand hot water heater). If you want it done right the first time, at a fair price, Jimmy is your guy!

Jimmy stopped by and removed blockage from the drains in our house today. We were constantly experiencing an overflow in the kitchen sink whenever we washed clothes in the basement. He was very professional, took the time to explain what he was doing and why, and was in and out in about 45 minutes.

The overflow is no longer occurring after his visit. We are very happy with the results and his very reasonable pricing!
