Would like to leave zero stars but the page makes you leave at least one.
Had a collapsed drain under my basement floor. Proactive came over on a Saturday morning to locate the blockage. They located the blockage, said they could repair it Monday, and would email me an estimate that afternoon. Did not get an email. On Sunday I called and left message and texted asking where the estimate was and if they were going to pull a permit for the work as required by the city. Never heard anything back. Took the day off work Monday expecting them to show up. They did not show up so I called and asked what

Great communication. Someone actually answers the phone when you call to schedule or call with questions. The techs that came out were fast and efficient. The techs called me with questions (I was not home at the time) that I wasn’t even able to answer since I just bought the house but they took the time to figure it out and were patient. Fairly priced.

Proactive Sewer is the best sewer company around! I will never use anybody else for my sewer problems. Whenever I call in, the receptionist is so sweet and helpful and answers my many questions and goes over the initial pricing with me. Moises is always so kind when he comes out to our house, and he is so professional. When we first bought the house, we were told we would need to replace part of the sewer line. We had Proactive Sewer come out to give us a 2nd opinion, and Moises was so honest ad upfront and told us that our sewer line looked great after doing a scope. He saved us thousands of dollars

This company was a nightmare! I don't leave reviews often, but this was a terrible experience. My home inspector hired them for me to do a sewer scope on a house I was in escrow for, while my inspector was also there so we could knock it all out quick – Sewer Scoping is a service specifically looking for obstructions, and if found to clear them as needed, which they found some obstruction they wanted to clear. Naturally, if they find and can fix an obstruction, you'd think they could repair them for an additional fee right then and there – not so, the tech with me said he could have if he had

Great experience with Proactive Sewer & Drain! Got our secondary pipe hydrojetted because of a back up in the downstairs laundry room. Price was extremely reasonable and competitive. Technician was on time, friendly, and answered all of our questions. Bonus 30 day warranty on the work too, which is almost unheard of. We are very happy with the service performed and highly recommend to anyone with sewer/plumbing issues!

Proactive Sewer and Drain were awesome to work with. I had a break in my sewer line that I needed to get fixed. Not only was Proactive able to give me a fair and reasonable quote (that was $2k under what other companies gave me for a smaller fix), but they also were upfront with me as to what the cost would be if I ended up having to replace the entire sewer line (as opposed to other companies that purposely left that "open ended").
At the end of the day, if you want quality work at fair prices, with transparent and super respectful folks, trust Proactive!!

I cannot express how amazing and honest this company is. I was purchasing a new home a few years ago and another company recommended replacing parts of the sewer line and fixing a broken tap. Proactive came out and assessed. They determined only the tap needed repair. They came and were able to repair the tap within a day. I also found their pricing to be competitive and honest. I had also recommended them to a friend and she had the same great experience.

I was in the process of selling my home when the inspection uncovered a displacement in my sewer line. We immediately submitted for a variety of bids and Proactive Sewer & Drain were extremely fast in responding with an estimate, had a guy out to double-check the line with their own scope, and performed the locate to ensure it was within my yard. Service was scheduled and completed only a few days later! I couldn't be more happy with the quick response times, quality work, and super friendly staff. I needed repair on my sewer from the house to the tap with the city drain at a very deep 22 feet. Because the sewer is so deep at that point, the job requires a lot of equipment that a lot of sewer companies and repair people simply do not own and must rent to do the job. Proactive has all of their own equipment and can do the job for a lot less. In fact, their bid was considerably less than other companies that I contacted. We worked mostly with Chris, who did the evaluation of the work needed, prepared the quote for the job, and who oversaw the beginning of the work and the final scoping

Had a great experience with both Chris, the technician who came out and scoped our sewer line, and the owner, Phil. After receiving the report I had some additional questions, but Phil took the time to really explain their recommendation and make sure that all of my questions and concerns were addressed. These guys are experts that really know their stuff, demonstrated a high degree of customer service and professionalism, and I would definitely recommend them for sewer scoping needs.

Awfull costumer service, rescheduled on us 3 times and on the last day we had available to have the job done never showed up. Said he wasn't interested on doing the job anymore. Phill was the name of the person we talked too. That's definitely not how to treat costumers or to run a business. I DO NOT RECOMEND THEM TO ANYONE. I would give negative stars if possible.

Impressive business ethic! I am a realtor, and this company did a sewer line cleaning on one of my listings. As it turned out, the line was not entirely clean because the clean out was covered by drywall. When I asks them to come back to re-clean that part they could not access, they said they stand behind their work and will come back and fix it for free. So even though they did a great job the first time, they came back out to do it again, even though it was not their fault since they could not access the line behind the drywall. I will recommend to all my future real estate clients!

Wow! Phil at Proactive Sewer & Drain saved the day! I needed to get my main drains cleared as things where starting to back up on me. After calling around, Proactive was the most professional and quickest to get a team in route to solve the problem. Within a hour Phil had my drains back up and draining like new again.
