We have been using hyperflow plumbing since I started here in June. Kyle seems to be the one who answers all the time when I call (at all odd hours) and he is always so kind and helpful. Best Plumbing service we use and they always get the job done!

When our GC had an unlicensed and unskilled individual put in our plumbing under the vanity in our new bathroom, we needed help! We reached out to Kyle (after hours!) and shared pictures with him. He was responsive and advised that the work performed needed to be fixed. He sent James out to us within 2 days. James was courteous and communicated with us to let us know his plan to make things right. He performed the necessary work, documented his repairs, and left the work area clean.

If you would have asked a year or 2 ago I would have highly recommended this company. Not so much now. I called for some follow up advise and was basically told my problem was my own fault. No one likes to be talked down to or told Hyper Flow wont do something for free. By the way I wasn't asking for anything FREE JUST SOME ADVISE! Moving on now would not recommend.** I feel the need to make an addition to this review after Kyles response. My original review was about the condescending response I received not about the plumbing service I received.

Solid company. I was skeptical of consistent 5 star reviews, but I get it - they're ethical, fair, and transparent. My home inspector recommended hydro jetting. I called around and found a few companies that offered the service. Hyper Flow was the only one to come on site to give a free quote, and as a bonus, came out same day. When they came out, they were upfront that it was not the best solution for my situation and gave me other options before going down that route. Had a drain on the sewer line in the basement backup early morning. Called HyperFlow based on the Yelp and Google ratings. I called them and Roto-Rooter hoping to get help fast since I couldn't use any water in my house and Hyperflow got here first!

Contacted Hyper Flow based on YELP ratings. They delivered! The first appointment they had available was the next evening, but, they surprised me with a slot after a cancellation earlier in the next day. Jake arrived and got to work. Cleared my clog in my old house and gave me details about what may need to happen in the future, along with a quote for that work. Communication was on point and Jake was terrific. Price was in line and no attempt to push extra services. LOVE THEM. 10 out of 10, will use again!

We had a back up toilet and tub. We called another company and they charged $400 to snake it and scope it just to tell me we needed to replace everything for $7,000. We called Hyper Flow for a second opinion. Carlos came out the next morning right on time. He scoped it FOR FREE and showed me the whole time explaining everything (the other company did not show me anything). He explained what was going on and recommended hydro jetting it because he did not see any major damage (the other company made it sound like it was major). Carlos was very knowledgable, efficient, and was up front about everything

These guys are amazing - very kind, respectful, and humble - and very reasonably priced. We were discouraged by no response from another company recommended to us - my husband contacted Hyper Flow and Kyle communicated with us right away. Our issue was not urgent, but we still got an appointment within 48 hours - they explained very clearly what needed to happen and why. We scheduled them to come back within 48 hours and now I have cold water in the fridge again! Definitely will be our go-to company and definitely will be recommending.

Hyper Flow is amazing! They came in and saved the day after another plumber could not fix the issue. Carlos arrived earlier than expected and was courteous and clean, always wearing shoe coverings when coming into the house and just being kind about my house and carpet. He was able to assess my issue quickly and removed the clog within 30 min. I highly recommend using this company for any plumbing needs!
