We had two trees removed recently and the Hayward workers were fast and efficient. It was amazing to watch big trees fly through the air! They ground up the trees fast and cleaned up the entire area. Very impressed with customer service and great service.

Hands down a crane is the best way to go for tree removal!! Amber came out gave an estimate one day and next morning they were here removing our saguaro and palm tree! They also ground up stumps from both of them - no signs that they were ever in our yard! Very quick and efficient! These guys make the process look effortless - they absolutely know what they are doing!! Very reasonable price also.

Hayward's crew was fabulous as far as getting our tree removed. Very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. Their set up and take down as well as clean up for both us and our neighbor was just fantastic. Also, office staff responded quickly and took good care of us as far as set up and appointment scheduling. Phil came out and did the estimate in a very timely manner. So glad we chose Hayward again (we used them many years ago, also). Really happy their service is still as good as we remembered. Just wonderful.

I’m just sayin’ they removed a 40 ft pine tree and an orchid tree, ground the stumps below grade, came AHEAD of schedule, and were amazingly done in an hour. Its quite the operation. So organized and actually entertaining to watch how their team is a well oiled machine. And they were the lowest bid.

Hayward Tree Removal did a great job of removing our 75+ foot palm tree. They showed up promptly and had the tree removed in less than 20 minutes. They then did a great job of grinding down the stump and clean up. Their pricing came in several hundred dollars less than other estimates. We would highly recommend them for any tree service.

We recently worked with Hayward to remove a 50 foot tall eucalyptus tree from our backyard, and they were great! The team member that did the estimate was on time and friendly, the schedulers were easy to work with (rain delayed our removal a few times, but they were in consistent contact with us to find new dates/times), and the removal crew was careful and meticulous. We had a small issue with the giant crane compacting some of our driveway pavers (again, due to the recent rain), but Hayward had someone come out and fix the issue right away. Hopefully, we won't be having any other trees

They went above and beyond for service. I had them out to remove two trees. When I got home, not only were the trees removed but so was the old debris that I was expecting to have to take care of once the trees were gone. Even my patio was swept. They were also about $500 cheaper than another company for the exact same service. Great communication and prompt service.

From the initial call requesting an estimate, to the completion of the job yesterday, we were thoroughly impressed with Hayward Tree Service! She was great on the phone and email providing estimate details, and Phil got right back to me with job details etc. When they arrived yesterday morning it was apparently these guys have ALL the equipment to do the job, including a massive crane, a stumper and the largest chipper I have ever seen. 4 50' palms were cut, hoisted and ground up in about an hour! We are very impressed with the professionalism of Hayward Tree Service! Mr. Hayward gave us a very fair estimate to remove a 40' Saguaro (dying of necrosis), a large Brazilian Pepper tree, 2 dead Queen Palms, and an Acacia Willow. Our job was quickly scheduled by the wonderful customer service representative Cher. The removal team arrived on-time and were outstanding. Manuel and the guys, were courteous, safe, watchful of other landscape elements, and 'boy-howdy' were they efficient. They cleaned up everything, including our cul-de-sac.

Awesome service! All the know how, equipment and staffing to knock the job out efficiently and safely. Our jog seemed technical to me, being a tight space. Hayward sent their crane, and out those trees went. Don't waste your time getting quotes that are basically going to be virtually the same. Hayward proved they could handle it!

Hayward Tree Scapes did an amazing job removing three large trees from my backyard. They definitely know their job, and had my trees down and shredded in about an hour! Got an estimate for getting large tree limbs cut that were overhanging my daughters room. After estimator came out they said Id get an estimate later that afternoon. Didnt hear from them the first day, nor the second day. Reached out and was told owner will let me know the next day. Once again, nothing. The following day I reached out again and was told owner is not interested in doing the job. AVOID this company like the plague. They are unprofessional and will waste your time!

Based on the positive reviews, we gave Hayward a try. We won't use their services again. The positives: their quote was about $500 less than Tree Pros & about $115 less than Arbor Care; Hayward trimmed & fertilized the trees well; their communication (calling ahead to inform us the techs were on the way) was good, as was their response time when I expressed concerns & unhappiness. The negatives: the guys totally destroyed our watering lines when grinding two stumps; they didn't bother to tell us they did so; when someone returned to fix the lines, he had to fix one set &

I had the owner come out to my home last night at 6:30 to give me a quote on removing 6 trees at my home. Not only was his price competitive compared to other quotes, but very friendly and professional.
When I arrived this afternoon at 3:30, all 6 trees were gone and if you didn't know it, you could not tell I had any trees. There was very little evidence of any trees in my yard. They grounded down the stumps and make the ground around look natural.
I would highly recommend Hayward Tree Service over anyone.

I got three quotes from three different tree services to have 4 Eucalyptus trees removed from my backyard.
First of all, without the price, I would have chosen Hayward due to other reviews and they were very friendly and professional. They couldn't make our first appointment for the estimate, but clearly communicated in advance via text message. They came out on a Saturday to do the quote.
Secondly, they had the best price by a long shot against the other tree service. I felt the other companies were trying to rip us off and Hayward
