We needed 10 trees removed from our front yard for a landscaping overhaul. Jason timely gave me a free estimate for the project and his communications were courteous and professional. I had received quotes from other companies and his estimate was very competitive. I told him I needed the project completed by a certain date and he was able to get us on the schedule immediately. His crew showed up to our house on time and they were very courteous throughout the very long day. They did an excellent job of trimming a huge ficus, removing an old palm tree and bougonvilla. I had specific needs on the way the ficus was thinned and as they worked they consulted me and did exactly what I envisioned. The team was attentive, smart, professional and very nice. Lastly their cleanup job was a 10 out of 10 .

We have used Top Leaf for the past five years for multiple services, and truly believe they’re the best at what they do. They did a tree removal and stump grinding for us one year and when they were done, we couldn’t even tell a tree had been there. They did such good work and cleaned up perfectly. They have planted new trees for us, and do our annual palm tree trimmings. Jason is fantastic, so kind and professional and always willing to share helpful information with us. Our jacaranda tree is my favorite tree and last year's hot summer took it toll, so we needed to get it trimmed. I noticed my neighbor's jacaranda tree had been trimmed and looked beautiful, so I asked them who they used and they recommended Top Leaf Tree Service. I received bids from multiple certified arborists and ultimately went with Top Leaf in large part due to Brandon, who came out to talk to me and discuss the job, as well as their cost and scheduling. Save yourself some money and aggrivation, don't hire this company. I called them over a concern with work they did. I was told by the receptionist that they would call me back. I waited 2 weeks and still nobody called me so I called back and was told someone would call me back. It's been a month now and still nobody contacted me. They took my money did subpar work that will probably result in my tree dying, and now are ghosting me.

DO NOT HIRE THESE RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL MORONS. After paying a couple grand, they did the WORST job I have ever seen. It's not rocket science to cut a tree but these morons made it seem like it was. After arguing on the phone with Jason, they literally only cut half of the trees (just the front and cut them WAY too short and left the back half hanging over my fence which is the WHY I called them???) then they left half the cuttings all over my yard and in my neighbors yard and all over the back. Our back wall is getting torn up and we only called him to fix this and they couldn't even

The crew is top notch. They deserve 5 stars. Giving 3 because I'm not a fan of Jason (estimator). His communication, follow up, professionalism, customer service is sub par at best. And I have good reason to believe he over estimates to put more coin in his pocket ... will continue to to business with Top Leaf but told the office to never assign Jason to my account again.

I'm so very glad I found Top Leaf! They were recommended to me by a horticulturalist so I called. I received a call back quickly and Jason came out the next day. He assessed my trees and pointed out se real things I didn't know. Recommended trimming and gave me a written estimate. It seemed reasonable to me. His crew came out the same week and spent an entire morning trimming four trees. One of the guys climbed up into the tree to get to certain parts and did an excellent job. The other crew member hauled away debris. My trees are now ready for monsoon season!! This will be my regular

I had 2 trees I needed removed at a rental property, I called around and this company was very easy to get ahold of and to get questions answered. Gave me a bunch of different options for removal and pricing as my my budget was tight. I was unable to be there in person as I live out of state but have heard and seen pictures of their great work. They helped me out and tried to keep me as close to my budget as possible. They also worked with my timeline and were very responsive to questions I had before and after service. I contacted Top Leaf Tree service after looking at their profile on Yelp. A few days after my initial phone call I received an estimate from Jason. The estimate was reasonable given the work that needed to be completed. It wasn't the most expensive, but definitely was not the cheapest.

I was finally tired of the cost, maintenance, mess and frustration that my two 60+ foot tall palms were giving me and I needed an experienced company to handle the complicated removal. Highly recommend this company. Todd came out yesterday to give a quote pruning back our African Sumac. The monsoon was pretty rough on it. To my surprise Todd called back this morning and said he could do the job today. He didn't want to risk stressing the tree out any more in case another storm blows through. Brandon and crew were professional and did job in approximately an hour and a half. Will definitely use them again

We moved from Midwest to Chandler AZ and had a lot to learn about maintaining a healthy landscape and garden. One of the mistakes was thinking our landscapers alone had the interest and skill to manage the trees which are by far the most valuable asset in the landscape. Professional prompt service! I had them remove a huge pine tree in my backyard, that was very close to the house. The crew was very careful not to damage anything. They ground the stump and left my backyard better than they found it. You can tell this company takes pride in their work. I would highly recommend using them.

Let me preface by saying we live in Gold Canyon, 20 miles from the Top Leaf Tree office. I called for a quote to trim and shape two young Queen Palo Verde trees. These are only three year old, and had never been trimmed. One was in full blossom, the other not. I told our neighbor that Top Tree was come to do our trees and he asked if they could remove his 35ft tall Shoestring Acacia l and do some pruning in his backyard. I made the arrangements for both jobs to be done at the same time.
