Stay away from this company, and DO NOT give them your credit card until AFTER the work is complete, and you are satisfied with the work and you know that they won't charge you more than the estimate!!! Buyer Beware!
I contracted with Shane, the Arborist, and he was a no show for the job! He sent a Sub-Contractor, Extreme Tree Service, without my approval, with no instructions! I had to supervise the entire job! :( His Sub-Contractor, Aldo, gave me 6 of his business cards at the end, and when asked, he told me that they weren't Arborists, they weren't licensed, insured or bonded

Communication was timely as they were trying to secure the job but pretty spotty before the actual service. His team did a good job but did not complete the service I paid for (i.e., removing stump). Since then the owner, Shane, has not responded to any of my emails, texts or calls. Unfortunately I paid in full for the completed job so now I am just out $150. If you choose them, do not pay until everything is done to your complete satisfaction. Do not rely on his assurance that he will complete the job.

I worked on this companys ford truck the other e with the bucket. Shane the owner came to pay the bill, it was over $4000 and the check bounced. Have been trying to call Jim with no answer, called the office and spoke with Bianca. She said I will have shane call you back and noting. This been going on for over a month. If this company doesn't pay for the repairs on their vehicle and gives you a bad check, what that's it says about the way they work.

I hired Phoenix Tree & Landscape LLC to cut down two trees from my home. The communication before was very professional and they show up on March 19,2021 with a full crew as scheduled to remove the trees. As they were cutting the second tree I was outside watching them and they got onto my roof to cut branches that were overhanging the roof. As they were cutting them they dropped one of the heavy branches onto my tile roof, cracking several tiles. As their worker knew I was watching he called his supervisor Tanner over and told him. I really don't think that he would have said anything

I live in a large RV resort with over 3000 palm trees. It is amazing to watch the crew tackle this huge job. Robert seems to be the lead man on the job and his enthusiasm, hard work, and strong work ethic are incredible. I'm so glad our park found this company to do the trimming job this year. Trees are trimmed and all the debris gets cleared and cleaned up the same day. Awesome! Highly recommended.

Great with sending text reminder of scheduled appt with 2 hour time window. However after two hours and a no show. I initiated communication with them. I understand a little behind but they said should be an hour then never called me but again I called two other times with them giving excuses for not being there to give a quote. Wasted my whole day. After asking them to let me know if they are still coming that day or the next day I had 7:00 available with no response. The next day, I contacted them and found out they weren’t available

Our community in Foothills on 48th and Frye hired Phoenix Tree & Landscape for our common areas and do an absolute terrible job. The owner confronts residents and calls them liars after they do terrible jobs. When they cut the grass in our parks they leave ruts and divets, plus the grass is cut uneven. I recommend to look elsewhere.

We received service on 5/5. This was the second year using this company to trim our tree in the backyard. The tree trimming came out amazing, however, one of the workers set one of their tools on our turf and burnt a hole in it. We contacted the sales department after the workers were done and we noticed the burn. We still have not heard back on how Phoenix Tree & Landscape will make this right. We have left messages with no response back.

We hired Phoenix Tree and Landscape to remove a large Mesquite Tree from our property in addition to having 2 other trees trimmed and our palm trees trimmed. After a disappointing experience with a local company that failed to show up - even after assuring us they would get the job done, we decided to go with another company. Flying blind as we are new to Phoenix, we contacted Phoenix Tree and Landscape after seeing an advertisement on their company vehicle. Shane (the owner) promptly returned our call and came out that day to provide an estimate. Shane was very courteous and professional
