So my friends live up north, I went to check on their condo unit in Jensen, the AC was not blowing cold, I called Absolutely Cool, and Jeffrey came out, he was very thorough, and took his time inspecting everything, I don't know if my friends up north will use them, to install new unit, but the service call went well..

Have always had great experiences with Doug who has serviced our commercial rental community for the past 15+ years. This evening while Doug was out of town his Tech Eric walked me through a detailed thermostat problem and got my home system back up and running.

Erik was great! My A/C went out after a thunderstorm on the weekend. He came out, was extremely professional and friendly, fixed my problem for a reasonable price, checked the system, and gave me tips on how to make my A/C most efficient and how to prevent the problem from happening again. I highly recommend them.

I don’t usually take time to give reviews but this time I MUST!! I enjoyed every single second of this experience. I purchased a new air conditioning system and I’m thrilled. The service, the product, the pricing…everything, was amazing. I wholeheartedly recommend Absolutely Cool A/C. You will NOT be disappointed. And this is a big purchase. It’s rare to be 100% satisfied when spending money on necessary stuff that isn’t “fun”. THIS was fun!! So, thanks so much for a great experience.

Didn't expect a $124 bill six weeks into new system.
Yes, they do a fine job. After six weeks with our new system, it stopped. Went over things to check on phone. I forgot about the "new overflow system" nor was it mentioned. It automatically shuts off when not draining properly. Had I remembered about, I could have had the hubby fix. A little reminder about my new system when I called would have been nice instead of the $124. bill to come out. I suspect they profit well with the new system. We won't forget the monthly maintenance again. Can't afford to.

Absolutely Cool Air 100% deserves a 5 star review! Both times I have called (1 year apart) they have have gone above and beyond what I expected. From working though the night troubleshooting our old system; to installing a new system quickly and efficiently knowing we now have a new born in the home. They’re prices are fair and I am happy to support this family business. 😊

During the 2018 hurricane season our system permanently failed. After calling several other established companies in the area Absolutely Cool Air was more professional meeting every promise and quote. Consistently each visit is both quick and efficient. This is the best air conditioning company we have ever worked with for our home and I would not hesitate to recommend Absolutely Cool Air Conditioning to anyone in Sewall's Point and beyond.

This company goes out of the way to help you when you need them in the sweltering heat! They're fantastic, unlike other companies offering friendly service. 3 out of the 5 companies we called and told we would be purchasing a new A/C unit did not show. They are also quick to come for service appointments and I'd recommend them to anyone!
