Derek and the team at Local Guy AC replaced a single 5 ton air handler and condenser for my home. They did a A+ job with the initial installation however the unit had a problem from the manufacturer and had to replaced. Dereks team worked hard to diagnose the issue covered under warranty and then replace everything they had just installed in terms of equipment due to it being faulty. Even after two installs!, I couldn't be a happier customer and would highly recommend Local Guy AC.

Tony and Bryan were on time, professional, and detail oriented. They went over everything they were doing, and were very personable and knowledgeable. It is hard to find a good AC company, and I’m glad we found them. They have been fixing work after a previous company’s install, and have been very helpful with getting us back in shape. Thanks guys!! Highly recommend.

When “call us 24/7 for emergency service” is only a slogan
We had a new unit installed by Local Guy AC at our daughters house on a Friday. My daughter was satisfied with the install. Three days later at approx 8:30pm on Monday, they noticed the temperature was rising to 79 and the new unit stopped running. My son in law called and spoke with Derek, the owner. Derek said they would not come out that evening and would be there first thing in the morning. Topnotch service from the beginning to the end. Lindsey, with customer service, was informative and extremely helpful. Derek, my serviceman and the owner, was professional, skilled and knowledgeable, educating me about my ducts, AC system and newly installed air purifier. He was prompt and efficient in his work. The cost was reasonable and competitive. Would recommend Local AC Guy without reservations or hesitation.

If you go anywhere else its your own fault. I shopped around having 4 companies come to the house. (Actually kicked one out of my house) Had quotes and ideas from them all. So, I don't write reviews, but these guys are the real deal. You know when you always ask yourself . Why can't I find an honest, hard working ( will out work any other service) person. Well if my dad was still alive today he would love these guys and I would let them work on his house. Good people find good people.

Bought a brand new AC unit. Installation was good. A few days later my unit stopped working completely. We called at 8pm since they say they serve 24/7. The owner said he would call and come out the next morning. My AC was at 79 degrees and getting much warmer. I have 4 small children where this was just unacceptable. By morning it was 82 in my home. I would have chose another service if I knew they didn’t honor their own word. When questioning why they didn’t come out the night prior, Derek was very rude. Will be looking elsewhere in the future.
