The woman who answered my call was efficient and friendly. I was able to get an appointment within a couple hours. William, the a/c technician was very professional, called to report he was on the way. He looked at my entire system and determined the problem. He made recommendations for the future of my system. Overall I am very satisfied and would recommend Billfish to everyone.

From the beginning, Tom came out and you can tell has been doing this for years. They installed a brand new compressor and Air Handler. They gave us a very fair quote, got the install done in a Day, on top of going above and beyond on some other areas of the duct system. 10/10 recommend these guys, Jason is an honest family man, running a great business.

We called Billfish for a service appointment. They came out and serviced it. A week later it stopped working. They were called and came out soon-ish and found out the refrigerant was leaking. They replaced it and are keeping an eye on it. They were very fair in saying that they should've caught it earlier when they serviced it and were extremely professional throughout the entire 'episode'.
Overall, a very well run company; courteous and knowledgeable.
