First of all I want to thank Paul and his crew at Tulsa fire water restoration and ServiceMaster of Tulsa. March 18th of 2018 I had a fire in a rental property. while the fire department was cleaning up. Man came up with Servpro Rogers County. Told me he would clean my house "as if the fire had never happened". I was charged $8,079.13. The job was… horrific. I made a call to Tulsa fire water restoration. And Paul and his crew CAME TO OUR RESCUE!! They had to come back in from front door to back door, RE CLEAN, the entire house . they charged me an additional $5,500 on top of what Servpro

Last winter our house was severely damaged by fire and smoke. The next morning TULSA Fire and Water Damage Restoration responded promptly. It was a very long project due to extensive damage. We got new walls, floors, windows and beautiful bathrooms. Both interior and exterior of the house was painted. We got several compliments on our updated and modern house. Overall, I am pleased with their service, personnel, communication, and timely and thorough renovation process. I would recommend Paul and his crew for any repair or remodel job.

In the middle of January our house sustained water damage. After calling some big companies that left us with customer service rep on the other end and no one to help we found someone who was there in less then an hour .We were happy to have Paul Parker 24/7 ready to get any help needed. He made sure all repairs were done right and was patient to work with our insurance.
With no prior experience dealing with insurance claims we got back our piece of mind and our house restored right how it was before the incident .

A year ago this week returning from Christmas Vacation we found our house with an internal flood from the storms. Paul was quick to answer the call and diligent to resolving the work, handle the insurance claim paperwork and see that my house was as good as it was before. We can't recommend him any higher. We had some floor damage in our hallway that happened over time. Tulsa Fire and Water Damage Restoration was recommended to us and we could not be more pleased. Once the hardwood flooring was removed, it was determined that the damage was not as bad as first thought. Instead of trying to hold us to the original quote, Paul re-calculated and gave us a better price for the job. Their work was very professional, they were on time and there was very little disruption for us. I can say without question that I would hire them again and I would suggest that you check them out should you have any floor

Paul Parker owner of Tulsa Fire and Water Damage Restitution was such a friendly and helpful person when our attic fire occurred. He had workers on the job the next day after we signed the contract. In August 2016 my house was hit by a truck. The damage was limited to the dining room but the repairs had to cover most of the house to make it whole. Tulsa Fire and Water Restoration came highly recommended by both my insurance agent and the Better Business Bureau. The first meeting with Paul was with the insurance adjuster. Had a pipe freeze inside my home soaking a few rooms and messing up a wall. Had another team come to the house to get everything cleaned up. After having some trouble with the other group, I called Paul. He had a crew there to complete the work I needed done within a few days. Being this my first little disaster at home, he took his time to tell me how this was going to work. I am very happy with the work that was done. I hope I never have to make this phone call again, but if I must, I will call Tulsa Fire and Water Damage Restoration.
