Our water incident happened a couple of years ago maybe even 3. I called another water damage company and they were not interested. We were having work done on our pool and it started raining and we could not drain the pool. The water flooded our living room. Your company came out and removed the carpet, brought bid fans in and moved around the furniture. I am so grateful to them. I could not even reply at the time. We had to have new flooring installed but it is not carpet!

Jay, L.E., Daniel, Tim and everyone that came to our house was absolutely amazing! From the time we called to the time they showed up was less than 48 hours. Then entire time they were here, they were extremely friendly, very clean and always seem to go out of their way to make a stressful time a pleasant experience. Would call again in a heartbeat! ODR was professional from the first phone call with them throughout the entire 5 month process restoring our home that had water damage throughout. They answered all my questions and made the entire process as least stressful as it could be. They worked great with our insurance company and we had no issues getting claims approved. We had a pipe leak during the ice storm and it was a big fiasco. Daniel, Jessie and William and Josh were incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. I spoke at length with Daniel and Josh multiple times about the situation, options and costs. They were both actively involved with my insurance adjuster trying to help me figure things out. I called ODR after a pipe burst and flooded my business during the ice storm. Although I'm sure they were swamped with other calls, they responded very quickly! They were knowledgeable about every possible scenario that could've arisen during the course of our time working together, and I was impressed by the way they were always thinking steps ahead.
