My roof started leaking on March 19, 2020. Upon recommendation, I called Jason at 24/7 Roofing (aka. 24/7 Disaster Group). I explained what was going on and within an hour, he was at my door to survey the issue. It took about 30 seconds for him to find what the issue was.
Jason never talked over my head, explained what was wrong, why it was wrong, and laid out the options to fix the issue. He also took the time to meet with the Claims Adjuster during his inspection to help answer any questions I had.
Once we got done getting everything approved by Insurance, we ordered the materials on Wednesday

From the beginning 24/7 disaster group was competent in all aspects of managing our water damage. They were fully prepared to manage the damage in our garage and did so in a friendly manner. They helped me deal with the intricacies of a claim without giving me any sense of irritation at taking on the responsibility of the home owner. They always responded quickly throughout the project and even afterward when my family was slow in responding to them about the rebuild part of the job. Charlie and the group were very professional. They were very easy to work with and very prompt. I had a small roof leak during an abnormal storm that had driving north rain. I called 24/7 and they quickly had someone out to look at the damage. I was glad to hear their honest opinion that I didn't need their services. Charlie inspected things and gave me peace of mind. I will definitely be calling them back if I have a need in the future!
