I was pleased with the repair work done to our gas fire place. The servicemen covered their shoes when entering our home and neatly put tarps down on hearth and floor to keep them clean. They were courteous and answered questions. Joe was friendly and personable. Thank you Chimney Concepts for bringing a cozy fire back to our home! I would reccomend you to a friend.

I love our fireplace. We had it serviced today (after 3 years of running every day in the winter it's still great). The technician cleaned the glass, replaced the logs and vacuumed it up. I was impressed by the service and friendliness of the technician. I am so glad we went with Chimney Concepts for our gas fireplace. We are very happy customers!

Installed a Top Sealing Damper with Chimney Concepts and it was great!
The job was done well and technician explained how it all works in details.
The job scheduling process might need a bit of improvement - I sent a check at the first date after estimation and then I was told that it would take them up to ~2 weeks before they will call me to schedule the work.
Fortunately, the scheduling went much faster and in about 2 weeks after the check was sent I got the job done.

We used Chimney Concepts for removal of a chimney/chase and install of a new gas fireplace. I can't recommend them enough. Cody and Brad did a fantastic job. They were professional, courteous, and the new installation is impeccable. They took the time to double check my preferences along the way and even went out of their way to fix some poorly installed shingles around the new vent pipe that a prior roofer left. They left the place clean and took the time to walk through all of the operations for the new unit. One of the best experiences I have ever had with any contractors.
