I was referred to this company by the manufacturer of a fireplace that they are a dealer for. I just called them to buy a part for a fireplace, and they said they would not service me(or talk to me) unless they did the install. I'm not sure of their installation business but as far as someone to call simply to buy a part they are not helpful at all. They wouldnt even tell me anything about the part so i could find it on my own, that would require a manager to call me back per the store.

We highly recommend working with Chimney Doctors. They initially gave us several options of varying price range for the tuck pointing we needed done, which we appreciated. Once we decided what to have done, the crew was very thorough and meticulous in their work, were courteous, kept us informed about what was being done and how the job was progressing, and generally provided excellent customer service. Overall they went above and beyond the call of duty!

Customer service was top notch. Responsive, punctual and accommodating to our schedule. We are first time home buyers and have never had a chimney before and wanted to make sure everything was in good order and clean. The tech came and "cleaned" "inspected" and wrote up a report saying everything was good. Knowing nothing about chimneys I trusted this. a few weeks later when moving in my brother in law took a look at the fireplace and it is filled with a gross amount buildup. We Haven't used the chimney a SINGLE time since the cleaning!! I feel taken advantage of, and whats worse if the cleaning
