Whenever possible, we try to repair any problems with garbage disposals, dishwasher and icemaker supply and waste lines, kitchen and lavatory sinks, all faucets, toilets, urinals, shower pans, hose bibs, washer boxes, hot and cold water lines, all waste lines, etc. We also replace these items if they cannot be repaired.

I started off telling them I needed a drawing to go with their work so I could move forward with my project. promised not provided! next I agee with others on here overpriced and confusing quotes. Poor service I paid to have someone trained. They constantly talked about their little gun collections also. In a word unprofessional. Just to echo again poor work and really listen to others call around you will save at least 1k - 2k. Still dont have the drawing and the shower valve is still a mess and leaks.

Gary and Andy came out within a couple hours of calling and did an amazing job. We had knocking pipes and a water hammer issue. They quickly diagnosed and explained the issue and repaired. They also found a few other issues and took care of those as well. I'll only call these guys moving forward. Thank you!

Contacted the proprietor, Gary, for a water heater issue, caused due to a change in water pressure as a result of the recent water meter size and service upgrade in our home. Gary showed up in less than 90 minutes and fixed the problem. Very efficient and prompt service. The main thing is, Gary knows his subject very well and he is very competent. His charges are not unreasonable and the quality of his work is remarkable. What else can one expect?

Have recently had bad luck with contractors not showing up or not returning calls so having Gary and his company complete our job within 2 days of a call was great! Gary is very responsive, great knowledge and would recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber.

Ok, I'm going to pile on the mountain of 5 star reviews. Plumbing Pros came out to clear a blockage in the main sewer line at our house (it was roots!). The crew was very professional and had a reasonable rate. They were able to come the same day and walked me through what they were doing at each step. Looks like I've found my plumber. Next up, water heater.

Very professional. Gary always responds in a very timely manner. We have used this company several times. They put in a tankless water heater, runs beautifully. We were having difficulty with our sump pump, the motor was running continuously. Gary came out and diagnosed the problem immediately (the air was trapped in the pump) and fixed it and only charged us a service call. Recently he put in a new kitchen faucet, did a great job.
Pricing very reasonable. This is our 'go to' company for all of our plumbing needs. Highly recommend this company.

Gary said he would be by the house to check on our dead water heater on Friday after his last job. He arrived at 7:15 PM on a Friday night! He got our water running to the rest of the house and said he could be back in the morning to install a temp water heater. We wanted to install a tankless and it would take a few days to get installed. Gary arrived back at 9:45 AM on Saturday to install the temp tank and then scheduled the install for the tankless. We moved into a 100 year old house and needed a new water heater with power venting. The plumber came out to inspect the unit and provide a bid. We asked for prices on both a standard water heater (with tank) and tankless unit. We were offered a fair price on both and next day installation. I called Plumbing Pros to come out and rod my clean out as it has been years since I had it done. They put a camera down the clean out and said I did not need to rod it. They were very honest! I had told them about my hot water problem and I all ready new I needed a new hot water tank and they said I needed a new hot water tank. They replaced it the same day with very good pricing and did a great job installing the new tank.

I have used Plumbing Pros exclusively for five years now. Gary, the owner is wonderful and he is often on jobs himself. Every other plumber that has come out has been knowledgeable and professional and skilled. Response time is amazing - just a few minutes each time before they get back to me. Called Gary to assist with a leaking toilet, he was able to get to my home within a couple hours. Incredibly quick response time and answered all questions accordingly. He and Rob were able to assess an issue with the wax seal and installed a new one to prevent any more leaks. These guys are super professional and extremely knowledgable, with pricing that is completely reasonable for the services provided.
