Had a great experience! I called Keeley’s to come out and inspect the two pumps in our basement (ejector and sump pump). Joe and Tyler who did the consultation were very friendly, thorough and efficient, and clearly walked me through their recommendations. The next day I had a couple additional questions, particularly about the radon cover on our sump pump, and called their main line and spoke to Tim, who despite his busy day, took the time to chat and explain a few things in great detail. Our sump pump failed over night and my husband called Keeley's at 8am. By 830am, Tyler was in our home, going over a replacement quote and preparing to replace the blown sump pump. Within an hour it was replaced and water was being pumped out of our basement. Tyler was very professional and responsive and very fast! He saved our basement from a definite flood. My first dealing with Keeley’s is that they actually answered the phone, and the service only got better from there. Kyle came out, did the inspection and provided a quote for services. Very up front with pricing and explained everything, he also provided alternatives and the ability to group services together at a lower price. Kevin and Adam came out today, were on time and very communicative during the entire process as I was unable to be home. They located an additional leak and repaired that for me as well. They did a great job with replacing the leaky old faucets & plumbing I had in my kitchen & bathroom. They cleaned up after themselves & even wore shoe covers. I was very happy with the service. They were on time and explained everything up front so there wouldn't be any surprises. I had them install 2 new toilets that I had purchased and their work was very professional and when they were done they hauled away all the old toilets and left my bathrooms looking cleaner than before they were here! Very happy with the service we received from Keeley's. Had a sump pump installed outside for our garage that flooded every time it rained. They provided superior service, professional work, and completed the work with concrete to make everything look professional. They went above and beyond so the drains go into the backyard underground and it is all hidden and works perfectly. Very happy with the service, done at reasonable prices. After stupidly trying to fix my toilet myself, I cranked a pipe a little too hard and water started flowing. Tim showed up quickly to help, fixed the leak and let me know about some inherent problems with my current toilet. Tim suggested a good replacement at an affordable price.

I highly recommended them! They are very honest and kind. We have unknown leak on Sunday. They told us that it will be expensive to give us service during weekend. If we could wait Monday morning, they could show up. He gave us some suggestions to prevent leak get worse. We took his advises and wait until Monday morning. They showed up on time and fixed the leak problem. They could come over Sunday and charge us emergency price but they did not. Thank you so much Keekey's!! What a great experience! I had convinced myself that the sewer line was blocked by roots. Tyler was here at the expected time. 1 1/2 hours later my toilet was flushing without over flowing. I was given a price before he started working. Since all it was just getting the clean out open and getting the blockage out, that price was right and far less than I thought. And if you check Yelp, there are NO bad reviews! I even got an estimate on putting a new toilet in. Im certain I'll be calling for that very soon!

Our water heater broke leaving a water leakage in our basement. Called Tim on the recommendation from our realtor. After telling him our issue, he gave us an estimate over the phone. Being a Friday afternoon, he told us he wouldn't get to us that day but said he could be out early afternoon on Saturday after another job that morning. A little while later he texted saying he'll try to get to us earlier and to our delight, the next morning he let us know that he could. I had Tim out last spring for a pipe problem that no one else was able to figure out. He knew right away and did a great job! I just had one of his men out today for a new toilet and sink drain cleaned out. Kyle was so pleasant, helpful, and did a great job in a short amount of time. In the past, getting the sink drain cleared meant someone coming with a big bucket, tools, and spending a lot of time. It never was cheap either. Kyle took a quick look with his flashlight, knew where the clog was, and cleaned it out in a few minutes at no charge. Who else does that!!
