Within a short period of time he trouble shorted the problem and got the dryer up and running. I will definitely keep this company for all my appliance needs.

They delivered the new washer and took away the old one up and down 6 flights of stairs and were very polite.

Have an LG washer and found Vladimir through the LG website. He was great! I called and he had the washer fixed in about three hours. My laundry washer developed a leaking door boot. I called Sigma to schedule, they were out earlier than promised. The technician, Vladimir was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. His evaluation of the situation led to ordering parts. Within two days Vladimir had the parts, made another appointment for later that day. Once again, Vladimir's arrival was earlier than promised which making the wait around game virtually minimal. I called Sigma Appliances because our LG front load washer was leaking water from the bottom of the machine. I was relieved to learn that they could send a tech out later that same day. Our technician's name was Vlad. He arrived in a timely manner and wore a mask throughout his visit. While there is a $75 service fee to come out, the fee is waived if you approve the repair work. Turns out, our washing machine's door boot was torn and needed to be replaced. They emailed a quote to my husband, and he verified that the price of the part was fairly comparable to what we would have paid for

My dishwasher door would open up during the cycle, so I would have to restart it multiple times and wedge something in the door to make it stay. I finally could not wing it anymore, so I scheduled a repair. The people at Sigma are all so professional and detail oriented. Scheduling was easy, with confirmations via text. My dryer was making an awful noise and I needed someone to look at it. After seeing the positive reviews about Sigma, I gave them a call. The next day Vladymier was out and of course, the dryer was perfectly quiet while he was here. He suggested that I record the noise when it happens and send it to him.
Naturally , the noise started up about 10 minutes after he left. I called and he was out the next day and fixed it ! He had all of the parts and it was fixed in no time.
I would highly recommend Sigma as Vladymier was prompt, polite and did exactly what he said he would do.

UPDATE to my post yesterday (1/6/21) Vlad replaced the damper on our refrigerator and everything seemed great, but later in the evening, we noticed that the refrigerator part was still not cooling properly. We called Vlad in the morning and he came over right away. The fan had failed which just took a few minutes for him to replace. That seems to have fixed it and the refrigerator is now cooling properly. Yay! He is an amazing repairman and we highly recommend him!

There have been but a few times in my life when a person who makes his living repairing things has told me that I'd be better off replacing that thing than fixing it. Vladimir has now joined that elite group.
That kind of integrity is, sadly, pretty rare.
Besides that, it's worth mentioning that Vladimir got back to me immediately after my initial inquiry--even though Sigma was closed that day. He followed up diligently, and was entirely frank and very helpful.

We recently purchased a home and have a home warranty through AMERICAN Home Shield. Our washing machine broke on August 3, 2020 and we went through the process of filing a claim. Sigma Appliances was the company assigned to our claim. It took them a week to come out. So on August 10th they show up, tell us they need to order a part and that they have to wait for American Home Shield to approve it. I asked how long it would take since it had already took a week for them to come out. They assured me it would take 2 business days to approve, 2 days for the part, so Friday at the earliest. They came and diagnosed an issue on behalf of Fidelity Home Warranty. The person who came didnt do anything but told us that the spare part will take more than a month. We then later get a phone call from the warranty company attributing this fault to potential abuse, and essentially denying our claim. This is particularly surprising given that we called them as soon as we heard sounds coming from our machine.
We are left without coverage, which is so convenient for the Home Warranty company and probably resulted in financial incentive for this company.

Vladimir is the BEST!!! I had another company send out two technicians on 3 different occasions and they could not find the leak in my washing machine. Vladimir is a detailed and knowledgeable person. He took his time and really looked for the problem based on what information I could give him and sure enough he found the problem in no time at all. And then he filed his report on the same day.

Well I just want to review this company cuz it's hard to find decent people to do things for us that aren't 3 digit plus income.Vladomir (also known as Vlad to us) is very polite and knowledgeable ,I had an oven that was down for 3 months which he fixed after looking at my out of commission dryer.
He told me ways to prevent trouble but I didn't listen and the dryer went weird again .I feel bad I called him again ; he took time to come back and let me know it's fine , I just need to get new hose which he mentioned earlier.
Anyway now he's my new fix it appliance dude forever

Very fast response on getting back to me when I requested a quote! VERY reasonable prices compared to others. I was quoted well over $200 just to come out and see what the issue was for a somewhat small problem and was able to get a steal of a price from Sigma for $70! He was able to come out the next day! He even did the work in about 15 minutes or less and even did come extra cleaning on our dryer! If we have any other issues with our applicable we will definitely schedule with Sigma again! Very efficient and professional services! No extra fees or nonsense involved to up sale the need for services
