We are a small, family owned business that only manages properties owned by the family. We have a 6-unit apartment building in Palo Alto, and a washing machine in one apartment stopped working. I called this company and was told they will not do any work for property management companies. I explained that we are a small, family owned business; we do not manage any properties owned by other people. However, the answer was still "no." They should make this clear on their website.

Unfortunately, the oven went out. Called on Appliance Repair Palo Alto, who came out quickly. Identified the issue (blown control panel). Already had been checking for parts based on our initial call. Continued to search after confirming the issue, since part was discontinued. Couldn't find a new part, but suggested sending in the control panel to Illinois for repair. Two weeks later we have a working oven and didn't have to pay $1-2k for a new one.

Such a great company! Found them on Google for my mother that lives in Palo Alto. Max , the tech, was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to fix my mother's leaking washer for a fraction of the cost another company previously quoted her. He even gave her great tips on her detergent use so the machine could last longer. My mother is so hard to please, she was so happy with Max she wanted to make sure I posted a public agknowledgement of a job well done. Thanks again for your help.

Is there a sixth star? I have to admit I was a little suspicious of all the 5-star reviews. I am a believer now. Appliance repair Palo Alto is awesome. He brought our 15+ year old Whirlpool washer back from the dead for a ridiculously reasonable price. "Is that the friends and family price?" I asked. It was way less money than I expected. He kept me informed throughout the repair and set expectations so that I knew there was a possibility I would be buying a new washer. Actually, he informed me of the possible scenarios over the phone before he arrived. He was able to fix it with very inexpensive

We had some water pooled in the bottom of our dishwasher. I had cleaned out the filters as advised on YouTube but the water was still not draining. I called Appliance Repair Palo Alto Thursday morning and got an appointment for the next day Friday at 5pm. Two youngish men showed up who then proceeded to push the cancel button on the dishwasher and loosen the air gap on top of the sink. The top on the air gap popped off and then out came a clump of something. The dishwasher drained and the problem was solved within 90 seconds. Appliance Repair Palo Alto charged me $98.50. They accept credit card

Appliance Repair Palo Alto is excellent! I called him two days ago and he answered the phone immediately. He gave me a window of two hours and showed up right on time. Figured out my issue, gave me the estimate, ordered the part, went to go pick it up the same day and installed it. I worked with him last time as well on another issue with my fridge and received the same professional service. I will always do business with him and I highly recommend him.

What a honest Appliance Service, called in to get a appointment for service and was directed by Nick to check breakers first before having someone come out. And she was right it was a bad breaker $15 later new breaker and my dryer works. Thank you so much for your honesty. The other 2 companies I called said nothing about checking breakers but they both wanted $85 dollars just to come look. Will be sending anyone that need appliance repair to Appliance Repair Palo Alto thanks again Nick.

5 stars! I highly recommend Appliance Repair Palo Alto for a dryer repair or any appliance repair service. There are so many wonderful things about them. First when I called, they were quick to answer. Nick tried to help us troubleshoot the problem first to prevent me from paying for an unnecessary service call which I greatly appreciated. Once it was established there was a problem bigger than what we could fix ourselves, he was able to give us a realistic estimate for cost, and we were able to make an appointment the same day. Nick showed up within the hour! He was very personable, professional
