The cleaners showed up 45 minutes to an hour late. Deep cleaning service was below par to say the least. Kitchen had the same amount of grease post cleaning, carpets not vacuumed. Some of the blinds were not wiped. I will not be calling them again... As the owner of this company claims, there is no confusion with the business. Service performed on 2/15.

Jose is my go-to guy when I need my apartment cleaned! He responds very quickly, as I’ve never had to wait more than five minutes for him to reply! His crew always leaves my apartment spotless, and if I notice a spot is missed, he happily makes it right immediately. I found Sea Clean via Google search and their reviews were all good. I go by reviews, particularly when using a service for the first time. Jose was very friendly over my call with him. I requested for a fixed amount for the list of services I provided to him. The team arrived on site on time and immediately began work. We hired Sea-clean to do our move out cleaning. At first, we were impressed by the customer service but that changed. When I reached out the day before to confirm the appt and the time was changed. On the day of, we were given 15 min notice that the team would arrive an 1hr and 15 late. My contact, Jose, said he would provide a $40-$50 discount for the inconvenience but asked me to pay the invoice for 6 hours first. My initial quote was for 4-5 hours. I paid the invoice. I had requested a deep clean of a small commercial condo in Seattle. Jose and his team arrived on time and set to work immediately. They had given me an estimate of 2-3 hrs and did the job in 2.5 hours. I am very pleased with their work. I was needing help Deep cleaning the kitchen and bathroom. The ladies were very friendly and helpful. They did everything I asked. I called Jose and asked if they could vacuum and dust for me. I hadn’t planned that but they did it and even made my bed.
