Great service! Rich is very professional and an expert; our garage door had been damaged and non-workable (coil wire broke and opposite side became unhinged and bent). Rich was able to pinpoint the areas and fix the issues within 20 minutes! Our garage door works great and he even made adjustments to quiet the motor. Highly recommended!

Rich absolutely saved us! Our garage door just broke on Sunday night, trapping our only car inside, with houseguests who have 7 am flights to catch. Everyone else we called wouldn't come out for several days, but as soon as Rich answered I could tell he was going to help. He trouble shot and diagnosed the problem over the phone, gave me a price, and came out right away. We could not be more impressed or grateful for his expertise, professionalism, AND willingness to make time for an emergency.

Did some research and called several different places for an estimate. Rich was far and away the cheapest and provided a first responder discount. He arrived and next day before noon and completed the replacement of both springs within 20 minutes. He also lubricated all wheels and asked if there were any questions regarding anything having to do with the garage door/openers. He programmed the opener in my new car and provided key info and the replacement of garage door window. Was very helpful and professional and would highly recommend his service to anyone.

Door installed as perfectly as Rich could get it. It's too pretty for words! Love the light in the garage. Easy to maintain & now have more room in the garage with the removal of the old door springs & door. Highly recommend. Support local business!

I dealt with a few companies.
This by far was the best!
My springs were broken.
I called several companies.
Some couldn't see me until a week later.
One wanted $300 for each spring!
They want to take advantage of those facing immediate and urgent needs.
Not so worth the Doc!!
The Door Doctor is the best!!!
Best time frame.
He was here the next day!
Best price.
Way better than other rip offs.
Best service.
Friendly and respectful.
At first, I went through my home warranty but they don't cover springs as in former times. My neighbor recommended the Door Doctor. So glad he did. How
