Called late in afternoon and they sent someone out first thing the next day to repair my broken springs. Person who answered phone was courteous and answered all my questions. Some of the other companies I called weren't able to answer my questions and told me to call another number to get an answer. Tim did a great job on the repair and gave maintenance tips. Price was cheaper than some of the other places plus they gave me a senior discount. Would recommend them to other people.

We ordered (and purchased) a new garage door through HD (in Lompoc). They contracted the job out to Roman Doors in Santa Maria. We received a call from their office (when the materials came in) to schedule the installation date. The girl (sounded young, early twenties maybe) seemed new or disorganized. I don't feel the call was "bad enough" to drop a whole star....But a suggestion: when you call to schedule an installation that's going to take a few hours, I feel it is wise (and customer service oriented) to have more than one day available so you don't "Umm, I need

I hope and pray that their work is better than their professionalism in the office. they set. the date last week to get a garage door to put in and said they would get back to me to let me know what time they would be here. still waiting. they close in 2 minutes and I've been trying to reach them for 20 minutes.

Bought a single car garage door which ended up with three problems. First the installer did not have the right materials and used 2x4s I had in garage and cut them up to make the install "work". Second, the installer used folder scraps of cardboard to allow bolting of the track. Third, the opener track was installed incorrectly where it rubbed against the roof of the ceiling. For every issue, Botta's had an excuse, and took zero responsibility. They even insisted my concerns were questions not really issues.
