Matt and Jake repaired our garage doors today and they were friendly and efficient got the job done quickly after checking everything out and explaining our options. I was texted with a picture of Matt to know who to expect, excellent idea, and he called as well with an eta. Great service, highly recommend if you are in need of any service to your garage doors!

John was on time, but would not honor my warranty on the garage door springs. He claimed the issue was the bearings that held the spring. This should have been replaced with the springs. He did not let me know what he was doing when he went to his truck and came back with a very high
itemized bill. When I told him I did not want the work done, he was unprofessional, insinuating that he and I had personal issues. I will not use Precision in the future and will not recommend the company.

We LOVE our new garage door! Joe, our technician, came and expertly installed a door, rails, frame and motor! It is slick--push a button, it opens, push it again, it closes--what more could you want? We got a 5-year warranty so we don't have to worry, but Joe assures us that with regular upkeep it will last a long, long time. (I never thought about the need to lubricate the moving parts annually, time to add that to the calendar!) Yup, they are currently in demand and you do have to wait for a while, but believe me, the wait is worth it. And our house looks SOOOO much nicer with the original 1950

Matt was great! He diagnosed our problem right away and finished the work in half his estimated time. Matt was friendly and gave me all the information I needed to safely operate the system. I appreciate being able to get an appointment so quickly as well as all the updates and call ahead. I can highly recommend Precision and especially Matt.
