I am possibly the worlds worst procrastinator, and like always, I waited until the last weekend possible to clean as part of moving out of a rental unit. Naively, I didnt realize the ENORMOUS task it is to thoroughly clean a 1200 sq ft place.

These people are just absolutely incredible! We called last minute and needed them to come today, and they were quick to arrive! They cleaned the whole house for the event and I couldn't be any more grateful for their performance and friendliness! Thank you Maria and your son for being such wonderful and lovely people!! I've used Santopi Cleaning for over a year now, and can say that they have excellent customer service! They are prompt, trust worthy, hard working, consistently clean without damaging my home, and are reasonably priced.
It's been easy to communicate with the owners to change my service schedule so I didn't have to worry about my work schedule.

This was the most horrible cleaning service I've ever received. I hired this company to do a move-in home cleaning. They did not perform half of the services listed on their cleaning list. I went down the checklist and pointed out several services that was not completed. They made excuses as to why they did not perform the services saying things like, "My partner was supposed to clean that so you'll have to ask him why it was not cleaned, I'm not tall enough to clean up there, etc." I explained my expectation was for them to perform the services listed on the cleaning

I was absolutely blown away by the fantastic job they did. Not only was their rate exceptionally budget-friendly, but their attention to detail was incredible. The one gentleman did a particularly great job on my mirrors and glass...they've never been so spotless! Needless to say, I'll be calling back!
