Services
The Powell Group is a custom home building company, which specializes in mountain-rustic style homes. These homes vary in construction from various styles of log homes to conventional stud framed or a hybrid heavy-timber/conventional frame. Also, The Powell Group has developed a low-maintenance rustic style home using fiber-cement siding, soffits, and trim.

An optional unfinished or finished basement can be added. A finished basement adds a 2nd master suite with bath, family room, and 1,230 heated square feet. Now that phase one of our project is complete, Sandi and I would like to thank you, Robert Miller and the rest of the 'A' team for building us the cabin of our dreams!

In 2008 my wife & I purchased a piece of property in GVP. The next step was to choose a builder, we received contracts from a few, some were very scary.....unfortunately we weren’t going to be present during construction so we needed Some one that we could trust. Brad from the Powell group came highly recommended... we choose Brad & the Powell group. Beside buying in this community the next best thing we did was hire Brad & the Powell Group. 8 years later we had a garage built.
